I went through the call you had and I know we did make an effort to try and accommodate you. We did offer you to change the reservation or substitute a different person due to you booking a non-refundable room, but you would not give us another date and stated you would call back. I am glad we were able to come to a resolution for you using another person so that you would not loose your stay. The staff here works hard to make sure everyones experience is great. Sometimes we fall short. In this case, no one was forcing your husband to come to the hotel we just stated to you it was not a refundable room. Obviously, you were not happy to hear that, but we did offer to help. You chanted on the phone how you would blast the hotel online and do everything in your power to make sure people would not book here in order to get what you wanted. I just want you to know the world does not revolve around you and we have hard working staff that depend on the hotel. The staff was doing their job. Shame on you.
