Poor management and maintenance
Booked 2 rooms for 4 nights each. First room they gave us the A/C didn't work and no fridge in either room. After 2 nights we finally get a fridge in our rooms. After checking out they charged my credit card for additional night of stay. Stay was in May 2016 and I'm still trying to get the overcharge amount back in Sept 2016. Do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Nice staff, Terrible Room Conditions
Need more than 1 single towel. Not a single bar of soap either. Partially renovated; old 80s furniture & mattress yet updated sink & "nonsmoking" room had the "renovated" IKEA-like bedding with cigarette burn holes all over. Flooring is coming up and kept on tripping on the faux pergo wood planks. Pool was completely drained. Thunderstorm made ALL phones go out, but also the worst raw sewage odor in the lobby that you could smell all the way up to the rooms. Most importantly!!! I pre-paid through the expedia website for $61. When arriving at the motel they said the room has been paid for at $43.38/night. So what was I OVERCHARGED for by expedia??? Also, every single time I book through expedia, whether that be a day in advance or an hour in advance, the hotels/motels NEVER receive the email from expedia about the reservation. This makes check-in take longer... Frustrating!

Worst Motel
Room was filthy. Floors were the worst. I had to scrub shower before it could be used. Because they wouldn't send anybody to do it ABSOLUTELY AWFUL.!!!!!!!!!!!

Not worth it!!
This was the second time I stayed here it's cheap. But really not worth it because I payed for non smoking both times. And guess what I got smoking both times. I was told they didn't have any non smoking rooms available. And they couldn't do anything about it.

When I booked the room, the money was taken off of my card and I was sent a receipt saying the my room was paid for. When I checked into the room, the clerk asked to see my card, I was tired and didn't think anything of it, just thought she needed to verify the card info on the computer. NO she swiped my card and said I had a balance of 15 dollars, and I said no I don't, the room is already paid for and showed her my receipt on my phone. When she ran my card it took all the money I had to eat on off of the card. I am a diabetic and need to be able to eat every so often. Needless to say I was not happy, she then contacted her manager and the manager told her to void the sale. I literally felt like I was going to have to pay for the room twice.
