Hello, I am reaching out to see what exactly was wrong with our pool and elevator. Our pool is been open all year and we have not had trouble with our elevators, I do know that the hotel next door has had their pool closed and just fixed their elevators. Hello Amber, I do apologize that the lobby area was hot, the AC units are broken and currently getting worked on, I am sorry you were under the impression they were just off, my front desk did acknowledge that complaint however there is not much we could have done. I also do apologize about the social/happy hour as Marriott has discontinued that event during covid.
