I and all my staff have told you several times to respect the rules or we will have called the police forces.The temperature in your room was 23 degrees during the winter which is the maximum allowed, you kept the windows open and wanted to turn on the extra heat, calling us during the night and using rude terms towards us.I could list many other things, but I prefer to wish you a happy new year and good luck.

You have insulted us with unpleasant words and despite this we, in respect of the person who accompanied you, did not make any reports. I'm sorry you we had 4 days so bad in Milan, I have all your messages recorded in my phone, unfortunately your problem is that you live outside the city (in the country) as you wrote me, so you couldn't accept the slightest noise of life not even during the day. This is impossible in Milan even though our guesthouse has triple glazed windows and your room was facing the courtyard as booked. Our small breakfast is Italian, we offer this because we are a small guesthouse in the heart of Milan. For a buffet breakfast you should go to a 5-star hotel, obviously paying the price of a 5-star hotel which could be around € 700 a night. I really hope that we have been able to rest in the silence of your country at home. Thanks so much

We worked promptly to solve the problem, despite the temperature in Milan was 20 degrees. our boutique hotel is located in the historic center of Milan, in the main shooping streets and near the most famous cathedral in Italy. It is not correct on your part to compare another city to ours, Milan is unique. I'm sorry that you tried to blackmail me saying that if I didn't give you the free transfer to the airport you would have left me with a bad review, (all documented via email). We do not work with blackmail because we are serious people. We have already made sure to report everything, your colleagues who were staying in the same boutique hotel have never complained or created confusion, because they appreciated everything in our guesthouse.
