Per massima trasparenza, oltre che sul nostro sito, anche in tutte le agenzie on line, Expedia compresa, vengono descritte le camere, dimensioni in mq e quali servizi includono. Ci sono tipologie con e senza bidet e doccino. A breve comunque lo inseriremo in tutte le camere. Se ce lo avesse segnalato avremmo provveduto a cambiarle la camera. La prossima volta chieda pure consiglio su quale camera scegliere o ci faccia presente questa richiesta nelle note della prenotazione. Gentilissima Angela, siamo davvero rammaricati di sapere che non sia stata soddisfatta dal soggiorno presso il nostro eco hotel.Ci dispiace che non le sia piaciuta la camera e che non ci abbia chiesto subito di cambiarla perché avremmo valutato delle alternative. Abbiamo camere multiple in stile classico ed altre in stile più moderno, alcune senza bidet ed altre con bidet.Teniamo molto alla soddisfazione dei nostri ospiti e, proprio per questo motivo, collegandosi al nostro wi fi inviamo sempre una richiesta di quick review sul soggiorno e lasciamo anche un avviso sulla scrivania della camera che chiede all’ospite di avvisarci tempestivamente nel caso la camera non fosse perfetta o ci fosse qualcosa di non gradito. La nostra reception è aperta H24 e digitando il numero 9 dal telefono della camera può comunicarci le sue richieste. Saremo sempre lieti di intervenire per rendere piacevole e soddisfacente il suo soggiorno.Ci scusiamo per il problema dell’infisso in bagno che ha creato condensa, ci rendiamo conto che aprire anche poco la finestra per arieggiare può essere un disagio in questa stagione. Il suo soggiorno a inizio anno ha coinciso con la chiusura di alcune attività, per questo volevamo assicurarci consultando il web l’apertura dei parrucchieri di zona. Purtroppo non tutti i negozi aggiornano le loro schede su google, immaginiamo che sia per quello che non abbia trovato corrispondenza con quanto comunicato.Per gli orari dei treni da Milano a Bergamo abbiamo consultato Trenitalia o Trenord su Google.Per quanto riguarda la colazione, la ringraziamo per i complimenti e per aver segnalato l’alta qualità e la varietà dei nostri prodotti biologici .La colazione termina alle ore 9.30 durante la settimana mentre nel week end termina alle ore 10.00. Durante l’orario della colazione si può prendere tutto quello che si vuole senza limiti, ma non pensiamo sia sicuro e nemmeno fiscalmente corretto portare fuori dei panini preparati da soli privi di confezione e senza scontrino, per questo ci sono degli avvisi sui tavoli con indicazione del costo per ogni prodotto richiesto da asporto. Se il tipo di colazione che lei desidera è solamente un cappuccino ed una brioche le consigliamo di prenotare il solo pernottamento e non pernottamento e colazione, perché avvisando la reception, può scendere in sala colazione e pagare solo per un cappuccino /brioche con tariffe da bar. Avrebbe poi potuto richiedere il nostro pocket lunch con due panini, 1 acqua, 1 succo tutto ben confezionato a euro 10.00.Ci auguriamo vorrà darci una seconda possibilità e che quanto ci ha segnalato non abbia compromesso un suo prossimo soggiorno in cui cercheremo di farle apprezzare maggiormente il nostro servizio al cliente.

The metro takes only 10-15 minutes to reach the center of Milan. Although the hotel is very close to the center, it is located in a residential and very quiet area. We are sorry for the complaint about noises. We could have intervened by changing the room if you had reported it to us during your stay. Next time ask for help at reception. We send an email asking you to tell us if the stay is to your liking and we leave a notice on the desk of the room asking the guest to promptly notify us if the room is not perfect or there is something unwelcome. Every day our staff is committed to best meet the expectations of our guests.We are sorry for the complaint about the bed, we care about our guests' rest.The mattresses were changed on 05/09/2023. They have pocket springs and a memory foam top.After so many years as hoteliers and after interviewing several customers, we have identified a company “Made in Brianza” that produces mattresses by hand Made in Italy. Mattresses are certified and are made with high quality materials. The "MADE IN BRIANZA" brand respects our eco-friendly philosophy because it ensures the provenance at 0 km reducing the environmental impact. If you had reported your problem to us we would have intervened by inserting a double topper in order to make it softer and more enveloping or we could have changed the room by assigning you one with a softer mattress that we previously used, but which had not received approval from all the customers.We would like our customers to feel free to report any inconvenience in order to intervene promptly and make the best stay.We have different types of rooms with different rates, even more spacious. We usually call around 11.30 a.m. to make sure you have half an hour to get ready.Alternatively it is necessary to display "do not disturb" sign outside the room so as not to be called.The chambermaids read your comment. They thank you for the compliments about cleaning and promise they will be quieter.The Church has bells that ring every 30 minutes and it's not a deafening sound, otherwise no one would be able to rest. In 23 years of business you are the second person to complain about this. But if you had reported it to us, we would have liked to intervene by changing your room to another quieter one.We have different types of rooms with different rates. You can quickly reach the historical center, the central station and the main places of interest thanks to the MM3 Affori Centro underground station which is a short distance away. The hotel is only 450 meters from this station. You can check it too by entering the data on Google maps.The metro takes only 10-15 minutes to reach the center of Milan. You can easily discover Milan and visit the major attractions (Quadrilatero della Moda, the Duomo, museums, theatres etc. etc.). Although the hotel is very close to the center, it is located in a residential and very quiet area with a park adjacent to the structure.Come back to visit us again.Warm Regards
