베이직 룸보다 못한 컨디션
룸 잠금장치 고장나서 카드키로 안 열리고 물리키로만 열리는데 룸 체인지 없이 그냥 들어갈때마다 로비에서 요청하라고 함 대신 새벽에는 나가면 프론트에 아무도 없어서 그냥 방 버려야됨 ^^

China town in Milano
I used a public transport, bus and metro, from airport to the hotel. It seems not a recommendation. The hotel located in a China town. And you can reach downtown using trams in 10 minutes.

We had pleasant stay. The hotel is very confortable and very close to piazza Gae Aulenti. I reccommend the hotel either to stay with the family or for business trips. They also offered a free upgrade to my room, much appreciated !

We booked a suite at the hotel because we wanted a jacuzzi in our room. there was nothing . in respa we pointed it out, they arrogantly said that it's in the pictures, it's just not in the room. the service is poor, additional services, e.g. breakfast, were not offered. you could sit in peace in the restaurant, no one came to sell anything. location and cleanliness ok

Great hotel for business.
I stay in many hotels on business but this one excelled. It's a lot cheaper than other hotels in the area but don't let that put you off. It's 4 star and the staff are super helpful. Located right on the edge of Chinatown and a short walk to the subway.

Middle class hotel in Milano China Town. A bit outdated, but within walking distance of Brera (30 min) and the city centre (40 min). Service could be a bit better.

Hotel was much better than expected
Hotel was much better than expected. Easy to find with transport links nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and comfy. Decor a little dated but did not affect our stay. We were able to leave our luggage in the hotel hours before we could actually check in, which was really helpful. We booked a suite for 3 people and glad we did as was perfect size, anything else would of been too small. Ate in the hotel one morning and breakfast was adequate (basic continental for 12 Euro per person). Lift up to rooms felt a little unsafe, but did not see option for stairs. Lots of natural light in the room and had air-con. Wish there were more pillows and drinking facilities (coffee sachets, cups, bottles of water) in the room. Would recommend and stay again for an easy trip to Milan

Milan, destination touristique incontournable
Très bon séjour à Milan et dans la région. Milan est une ville très dynamique avec beaucoup de sorties, promenades à faire. Le réseau de trains italien est performant, on peut se déplacer facilement d'une ville à une autre.

We stayed two nights with family in one room (3 persons). Extra bed was ok. Room was clean and quiet. Perfect choice for two nights. Location is not best, neither very central (considering Duomo), but if you are willing to walk 20 minutes into Duomo then that should not be a problem. Generally I would rate this as very good experience as there many reviews that gave poor picture of the hotel that it is not. Strong recommendation, with worth of money!!!

Upon arrival to our room we found someone had already been in the room and drank a bottle of water. They also used the slippers and made a cup of coffee on the end table leaving a mess of sugar and coffee behind. The bathroom floor had what looked like splattered blood droplets on it. Generally needs updated. Shower was terrible. Couch heavily stained. Air conditioning not great. Noise from outside easily penetrated into room. Overall dissatisfaction.

Het hotel was super , zeer goede staat , stille kamers , ruime suites (3pax ) ,goede room/cleanservice/baliemedewerkers 1 Aan het ontbijt kunnen nog dingen verbeterd worden , betere verse broodjes , smaak van divers beleg , groen gekookte eieren . Check-in around 5-10 min. Be prepared to pay city tax additionally (5 euro per person per night). We had a room on the first floor. Room and hotel definitely needs refurbishment. We didn’t buy the breakfast because in the area are many places where you can have breakfast for cheaper price. Hotel is located in good area surrounded by Chinese shops and restaurants, like a Chinatown :)

A large and comfortable room, and the location is ideal for exploring Milan, as it is close to Centrale train station and tram and Metro stops are nearby too. Metro line to San Siro stadium is just a few minutes away, making it a good choice for football fans, and Chinatown is a busy, exciting part of the city.

The Leonardo Hotel was lovely. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful and helped me find places to go and things to see and do that were in the area to make my stay memorable.

The clearness of the rooms was terrible. We booked three rooms and each one wasn't cleaned well especially sofa bed. The shower didn't work well and the water pressure was weak.

Este hotel no respetó mi reservación y por no haber incluido a mi hijo en la reserva me obligaron a pagar otro cuarto por el que me cobraron Us700,oo, el cual rechazó y exijo el reintegro del 50por ciento a través de Orbitz a quien se le pago el costo de una habitación triple superior.a mi regreso del viaje enviaré la documentación y fotos para mostrarles los cuartos que me asignaron que son de hotel de categoría 2 y no 4 por la que pague.

The hotel staff was super nice and overall the property was nice. There was a cute bar lounge area. My issue was mainly with the location. Not near anything. It’s completely in the heart of Chinatown and it’s really desolate and not a place you want to walk around at night. It’s a pretty far walk to get to any of the central locations (or an expensive cab). If the hotel was situated in a better location, I would’ve liked it better but I felt it was pricey for what I got.
