Bel business hotel, ben arredato ma questo non evita che non sia caldo e caloroso. Il personale è accogliente e professionale. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo sia per le camere che per i servizi. Poche prese di corrente in camera. Letto comodissimo e cuscini morbidi la camera era di design ma inevitabilmente rumorosa in quanto sul lato autostrada. Eravamo stanchi ed abbiamo riposato comunque benissimo. Ritorneremo sicuramente. Grazie.

Struttura bella e con tanti servizi, personale cortese ma non allineato. Abbiamo chiamato in due giorni circa 4 volte per far aumentare la temperatura in camera perché era molto fredda e le prime tre volte ci è stato detto che l’avrebbero regolata e aumentata loro; nell’ultima chiamata abbiamo scoperto che in realtà il riscaldamento era guasto (ecco il motivo del freddo). Ci siamo sentiti presi in giro, avremmo agito in altro modo a saperlo subito

Normalmente il funzionamento dell'aria condizionata (fredda o calda) funziona in questo modo: la temperatura/aria condizionata della camera è possibile modificarla direttamente dal display per un massimo di 3 gradi. La temperatura del termo arredo del bagno è possibile modificarla autonomamente. In caso di necessità, potrà contattare direttamente la reception, attiva 24 ore su 24, ogni giorno, la quale interverrà da remoto senza entrare in camera.Purtroppo il guasto è avvenuto l'ultimo giorno del suo soggiorno e mi dispiace per questo. Naturalmente si tratta di un caso isolato: normalmente la procedura è quella che le ho riportato. Mi scuso per l'accaduto!

Lieber Gast, vielen Dank, dass Sie Ihre Erfahrungen mit uns geteilt haben.Was das Spa betrifft, teile ich Ihnen mit, dass es 34 pro Person kostet. Wer es bucht, hat das Recht, es zwei Stunden lang privat und exklusiv zu nutzen (Sauna, Türkisches Bad, Erlebnisduschen, Ruhebereich und großer beheizter Hydromassage-Pool). Niemand sonst wird darauf zugreifen können. Ich hoffe, dass Sie bei Ihrem nächsten Aufenthalt die Gelegenheit haben, es auszuprobieren!

Einziger Nachteil. Pool/Spa kostet separat EUR 24,—/Person, auch Kinder. Unsere 3 Kinder wären gerne mir in den Indoorpool - aber dass das extra kostet, ging aus der Hotelbeschreibung leider nicht eindeutig hervor. Sonst Alles gut. Allerdings hatten wir auch ein Auto dabei und waren somit unabhängig. Sonst etwas abseits.

Very Bad coffee and poor breakfast. Also the rooms ( family suite) does not offer private areas for adults. There was no kettle and tea / coffee making facilities in the room
