주차도 숙소 앞에 쉽고, 로비도 화려하고 고풍스러운 멋은 있지만 객실은 다소 노후화 되어 개선이 필요 합니다.

melia milano is one of the best hotel in milano city. especially the laundry service is fantastic, not like the other milano hotels. this is important matter for business purpose customers. ask morning, done evening.

La propiedad se anuncia que hablan español, lo cierto es que el check in, excelente la srita que nos atendió, muy amable, no hablaba español, pero todo bien en ingles. el problema fue en el restaurante, el segundo día con el capitán de los meseros o responsable de esa área, nos dijo que no habia mesas disponibles, con muyyyy mala actitud y forma, aun cuando habia espacios libres, que si queríamos cenar algo nos fuéramos al bar, en realidad nos desconcertó mucho su actitud, porque justamente este tipo de empleados son los que entorpecen las buenas actitudes y acciones del resto de sus compañeros que se esmeran en atender al huésped, por otro lado siendo estrictos, los hoteles son establecimientos de servicio que dependen de los huéspedes

Everything was great, the staff were always very helpful whenever we needed anything. They even gave us a little dessert to say congratulations as we were in our honeymoon. Really good transport links the metro was easy will definitely staff at Melia again, highly recommend.

The lobby area was outstanding which is why we were a little disappointed with the bedroom it was slightly outdated and basic. There was no view and my partner and I were put in a bedroom at the furthest end of the corridor so it felt extremely isolated and industrial. As for breakfast the food was very delicious.

The staff and the hotel were very nice, but the surrounding neighborhoods aren’t great. This hotel really cares about there guests.

El aire acondicionado nunca funcionó correctamente, debido a mi queja se contactaron conmigo pero no me ofrecieron cambio de hab o mejorar el servicio Un hotel de mucho lobby pero las habitaciones no se compaginan. Objetivamente no lo recomiendo
