Non è un vero hotel ma assomiglia di più a un b&b ben curato. Camera singola accogliente ma piccola senza spazio per aprire bagaglio, ma con tutti i comfort dal bollitore alle pantofole. Pulizia insufficiente: lenzuola e asciugamani vecchi e non sembravano pulitissimi, tende sporche pavimento del bagno all'arrivo non ben pulito si vedevano macchie recenti. Riscaldamento ok. Colazione nella media ma in locale freddo. Non adatto a chi ha problemi a fare le scale. Personale disponibile e gentile.

super assistance from the reception
The hotel has an OK location, the sourroundings with couches is great when the weather allowes. Nearby there are some restaurants to chose among. Unfortuntely I arrived late but the reception managed to find one which was open :-) Thanks a lot for that. I booked a single room and it was (very) small but fine. Also the breakfast was good with eggs, fresh juice etc. and different from most other Italian hotels A great stay and I will be back

Great Boutique Hotel
Great little boutique hotel. Stayed 3 nights in mid October and there was nothing to complain about. The room was excellent with good TV channels (sad I know but it makes a difference!). The shower was a little strange but worked fine, there was a great selection of bathing lotions/ shampoos etc and a decent hairdryer. The reception staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful in pointing out where to go for food/drinks and shopping. We had breakfast included with our room and it was really good compared to the standard continental fayre you get in most hotels. If this hotel is on your list of 'maybes', save yourself some time and book it now.

Tolles Weekend zu zweit.
Das Hotel liegt in einem ruhigen Quartier und trotzdem kommt man mit Buss oder Strassenbahn sehr schnell ins Zentrum. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Staff was absolutely amazing.. My Complaints are lack of proper air conditioning and ithe bed and pillows.. Min should be westin standard . love the courtyard and serviceman impeccable. Make you really feel warm and welcome ..anything you need is no problem. Super super staff.

Worst hotel ever
Very small rooms, bathrooms are dirty and shower tiles filled with mildew. Air conditioning rr doesn't work properly. Not close to center, in a dead neighborhood.

Le personnel très accueillant, très disponible. Propreté de la chambre super. Déjeuners avec sucré-salé délicieux! L'ambiance de l'hôtel, le décor, très soigné et chaleureux. Terrasse magnifique. Seul tout petit bémol, pas de métro à moins de 10-15 minutes à pieds. Mais je le conseille vivement, et j'y retournerai sans hésiter!

Sono arrivato in hotel verso mezzanotte dopo una cena di lavoro. Sono stato accolto con cortesia e subito accompagnato nella stanza. C'è tutto quanto serve per una buona dormita e per una buona doccia la mattina. La colazione a buffet è abbastanza varia (italiana, continentale) e la macedonia è di frutta fresca. Ottimo per brevi soggiorni e per dormire per viaggi di lavoro.

Ein exzellentes Hotel mit Atmosphäre
Das Hotel eignet sich gut für einen Kurztrip nach Mailand. Es liegt fußläufig, in einem ruhigen, gepflegten Viertel, das Personal ist von ausgesuchter Höflichkeit und Freundlichkeit, der Innenhof lädt zum Verweilen, ich befürchte aber, dass im Sommer, wenn dort Gäste am Abend sitzen, es in den Zimmern laut wird. Jetzt, im Frühling, war es perfekt. Bad ohne Makel, Matratze hervorragend. Das Frühstück für italientische Verhältnisse herausragend. Hochwertige Zutaten, es war für alle Wünsche etwas da.

Fantastisk service
Excellent service I stayed at the hotel for one week. And I have to say that it was a very nice stay. The hotel itself is not as “nice and new” as the pictures show. However, the room as fine. The breakfast was good. Very good service and you got cappuccino, macchiato etc free of charge. The service at the hotel was fabulous. All the way trough. Excellent staff! Very friendly and very helpful! Would definitely stay here again. (Thanks to the friendly staff and the good service they provided.)

Not as good as their hotel next door
After staying at the hotel next door and being happy I was surprised of the condition of my room. During my 3 day stay I had a broken safe, 2 broken hair dryers and a very uncomfortable mattress . It's also strange to cut thru the breakfast area and take what feels like a service elevator to your room.

Værelset vi boede (Red Suite) i var super flot og meget anderledes end andre hotelværelser. Det var spækket med elektroniske anordninger hvilket var fint, men ikke alt fungerede. Hotellet ligger i gå afstand til centrum i et forholdsvis roligt kvarter, der var ikke larm om aftenen eller naboer. Morgen buffeten var ok, men ikke prangende og ønsker man kaffe til morgenmaden, skal man bestille den med det samme, ellers bliver det ikke til noget.

A gem of a place!
Definitely a gorgeous hotel, with friendly staff who are very attentive welcoming and of great assistance. The girl I dealt with was on her first shift and doing a great job! Lovely room, nice little terrace view and a good breakfast :) Walkable from central :) (well it was for me)

Vi tilbragte 4 nætter på dette dejlige town house beliggende i et roligt kvarter. Havde opgraderet værelset og det var alle pengene værd! Stort og moderne værelse med walk-in closet, alt synes nyt. Dejlig morgenmadsbuffet og virkelig hjælpsomt personale - Town House 31 får vores klare anbefaling.

Great hotel in good location
I stayed in one of the the executive rooms which was very modern, it had a huge bed with a TV over it, big bathroom with awesome shower and free wifi. Breakfast was good, but would be better if there was some gluten free bread/cake. Staff where lovely and very helpful. Hotel is in a quiet location but only about a 15 min walk from the centre. Would definitely stay here again.

Wij hadden de superior-room "yellow", perfect! Super modern, mega bad(kamer), 15 min lopen naar hart van centrum, goede restaurants direct in buurt van hotel, rustige ligging!

Dejligt hotel - venligt personale. Fik et rum i 31 bygningen på 3 sal med altan og udsigt over haven - rummet ganske plain og varme fungerede ikke. Hotellet ligger i hvad der svarer til ydre Østerbro - hvor der sker absolut ingenting. Metro station 300m væk men kræver et skift for at komme ind til byen. Morgenmad ok med en ene servitrice der ikke kunne følge med at opfylde fade. Dejlige gårdhave - hvis vejret er godt.

Ok hotel, ok breakfast but with Italian service..
Breakfast was more or less empty and the staff didn´t have any time to fill it up. It was so bad, that some guest didn´t have places to sit with no plates or knives and forks.. Overall the hotel was fine, the breakfast (when there was one) was just perfekt for a day out in Milan...

No aircon and no hot water
We arrived on a boiling hot day to the completely overpriced room to find that neither the air conditioning nor the hot water was working. We were strung along with excuses. The water was somewhat working the following day the air-conditioning never worked for the 3 nights we were there. To clarify: the room had no window so the only way to get air was to leave the door open - which opened straight to the street. Milan is not safe, so this was what we had to do. Either suffocate or stay awake and watch the door. The strawberries and spumante were a nice gesture, but clearly did not help matters. I am surprised to see good reviews on line based on which I had booked this hotel. The hotel is very basic, should be 3 stars. A rip off in my opinion.
