The variation in quality of guest rooms needs to be standardised to reflect the rest of the hotel. I requested a different room due to the first option being dark, uncomfortable, unrenovated, and far from main area, it felt unsafe. The second room was a better option and felt cleaner, slightly more modern, comfortable and safe.
The main reception, meeting rooms and restaurant areas are very clean, well-appointed and give off a great impression - unfortunately the guest accommodation suites do not have that same standard of appeal.
