There was some peeling paint/drywall in our bathroom on the ceiling but still very clean. It’s a non smoking facility but you have to walk through a cloud of a variety of smokes out the front door where everyone congregates to smoke just outside the door

The hotel was conveniently located for our purposes. We have stayed there before and have never been disappointed with the property. This was the first time I ate in the cafe and the food was good. We will stay there again when we need to.

The hotel came under new management in the last year or so & I was really impressed with the staff & how accommodating they are, the quality & cleanliness of the place, as well as the reasonable rates. I didn’t want to leave!!

The staff was friendly although rushed during breakfast. The trim was comfortable and clean. The only thing we missed was plain black tea; there didn’t seem to be a single tea bag in the whole place. Not a big problem

My wife and I stayed here for one night while we were in town for an event. Very affordable and very good hotel for the price (and beyond). Very clean and the cooked-to-order breakfast was lovely. Would highly recommend this location!

This is a quiet place and the parking is so convenient. The rooms are spacious and the TV cable has HBO and a big number of channels.

I liked the pool since I have 2 young kids. the hotel was close to my family and close to shopping when needed plus it was just off the main road so it was quite. Also close to highway.but no noise

The building is in desperate need of renovations particularly with respect to soundproofing of rooms. This was awoken by an obnoxious group of wedding guests at 12:45am and again at 2:00am. I had to call the front desk twice and threaten to call the police before they finally got them to quiet down. I will not be returning.

Room - bathroom: tub is poor condition. Hand soap not convenient. No hot water for sink. My husband has walking issues and we were put at the end of a very long hallway far away from the elevator. Only two coffee pods in room -we were there for 2 nights. Won't stay here again.

Location was good for my trip to Connecticut. The lobby computer which had links to print boarding passes would not work. An employee looked into it and ran into the same problems I was having and when she went to ask her manager for help I waited for her to return which did not happen. I found her at the lobby desk as she never came back to tell me anything. Certainly removes any feeling of being a valued customer.

The floor I stayed on smelled like vomit the whole time but I believe it was their own vacuum making the smell. Their were black ants and a dirty shower in the bathroom.The pool was not a heated pool it was ice cold even tho the girl made it a point to tell us it was heated more then once.. The worse is a housekeeping worker walked into my hotel room without knocking and without permission. My husband and son went to the lobby as I'm changing next to the bed. I screamed No, leave please go away! She said ok sorry and came into the room further I'm naked leave! And i yelled no repeatly and had to scream and swear until she finally left but without seeing me completely naked. The woman at the front desk told me there was nothing she could help me with because i reserved thru expedia. Even tho their hotel took my money not expedia. Then she proceeds to say 'Tell me why this same housekeeper has done this to customers multiple times now' and laughed. I have PTSD and this whole situation really is affecting me at this point. I didn't even ask for a refund or want anything really other then to be taken seriously and not laughed at. I contacted expedia they promised me this was unacceptable and that it is the hotels responsibility to refund. They told me they would call the hotel for me and conviently no one has been able to get in touch with a hotel open 24 hours in 4 days. Never again.
