Worst experience ever!
We were highly upset with our stay, when we checked in ww were given the wrong room than requested. In 1st room it was dirty and used products in room and bathroom. Second room with jetted tub I had requested when making reservations was also dirty but it was late so we cleaned the room ourselves. The bed was very uncomfortable, no ironing board cover to iron clothes, no trash can, not at all like the pictures. Wanted a refund last night but desk clerk said it would be a big hassle.

Went to see the room and the room was unlocked the lock was broken to lock door there was a condom on the outside of the door to room very nasty nasty smell in room it was so bad i just donated the 56 bucks they charged me for the jetted tub room so they can use it to buy a new lock for door

It was nasty paid for the room went and opened the door mildew on the covers gross. Was supposed to have a sofa bed no sofa bed we turn around and shut the door and left and went home and did not stay.

Never again.
Hair on towels, toilet runs, tub drains slow, room door has trouble closing, holes in the walls, 1 lamp doesnt work. Anddd not to mention,while my bf & i were sitting down eating,we hear someone trying to get in our room!!! They had given someone our same room WHILE WE WERE HERE!!! And they have a no refund after 10mins policy. Never again.

Nasty trashy hotel !
They gave us the key to our room went inside , not only was the room burning up hot! But there was trash everywhere like somebody had been living there ,the knobs would not work on the air conditioner , bedding did not look clean, smelly stinking room, one one light would work it was a small lamp , they finally assigned us to a different room , air conditioner did not work properly hot one minute cold the next ! Never again will I stay there and do not advise anyone!!!

Never again...
Check in was a hassle. It took 30 minutes for the desk clerk to find my reservation and check me in. The lock on the door was broken, the bathroom had mold on the walls, the entire hotel was poorly maintained. The bed was worn out and uncomfortable. The "breakfast" was 2 containers of stale cereal and half a box of 2 day old donuts. I can't think of anything good to say about this hotel.

Don't book unless you're desperate!
Last minute stop because i was too tired to continue my drive. Girls at front desk very sweet and helpful. However, the room was disgusting. i didnt expect anything nice because of thr price but it was by far the worst hotel room i have ever been in.

If you need value
The check in was slow because the clerk did not know how to process a prepaid room. She had to call for assistance. The lobby was dark and uninviting. The room had plenty of furniture and smelled of mold and/or mildew. It is a good value if you don't have to stay long and do not mind a few imperfections.

Room ha not been cleaned and was in terrible shape. I called desk and they seemed surprised I had been assigned that room number. Assured me it would be cleaned ASAP. I still had to go to desk later that night to ask for toiletries, after they said they'd leave some after cleaning.

They should be closed
This was my worst experience ever! The bed had marijuana seeds and holes in the sheets. The room had spider webs and other dead bugs. The shower head, iron and ironing board were missing! The door from outside was jammed and they turned off my key even though I prepaid for my room. WIFI didn't work and the age of the hotel was one thing but regardless there was no excuse for the room condition. I left early one night because I couldn't sleep in those conditions another night! I staff at the front desk obviously lived on property because their kids were at work with them and being disciplined verbally in front of customers ! The hotel staff argued in front of customers. Just the worst experience I have ever had. I will sleep in my car before I sleep there again!

Don't stay here!
The first room they put us in was a smoking room that had a horrible smell and brown stains running down the wall from the ceiling to the bed. The second room had blood stains on the mattress. They said it was a non-smoking room, but it still smelled of smoke. There was dried urine on the underside of the toilet. Yuck

To say the least I work for a hotel chain that is 5 star and I work for a 5 star/5diamond establishment. The staff at the desk need make overs. They weren't dress to impress. The staff did not personalize anything. The gentlemen at the desk charged the wrong amount on my credit card. When asked about a late checkout or half day rate, I was quoted a full day rate after 11 am. The WI FI was very slow and kept dropping the signal.

DISAPOINTED IN MILLEDGEVILLE, GA.
THE CLERK didn't want to except the daily reservations. She said she would get in trouble if she did. I had too pay daily. She gave me a room on the far side of the hotel where the local workers stayed. We were the only family there on that side. The room had dirty towels in it. There was dirt in the corners, no drain plugs, no coffee maker in the room. No condomints except soap. the door had been abused so bad that it was still loose after you locked it with the night latch. Jesse

Right across from Miss Flannery.
Not bad, a few dicey long term residents loitering about, but nobody really scary. The room was fine, good bed. Right across the highway from Andalusia, Flannery O'Connor's farm. Glad she didn't have to look at this place every time she went out, though.

This was the last available room in Milledgeville,due to a college graduation in town. The people working at the front desk looked dirty and didn't believe we had prepaid on line; the view from our room was an old metal building; there was an old waded up blanket thrown onto the shelf over the clothes hanging rack. The worst part, though, were the bugs, probably 6 different types from roaches to ants to silverfish and these were just the ones we saw. I've washed everything I took into the hotel room in hot water because there were probably bed bugs as well.

Quite simply, the worst hotel I have ever encountered in 30 years of travel.
The service was non-existent. The room was dirty from the carpets to the walls to the bathrooms and the bedding. The air conditioner was loud and ineffective. The entire room stank of stale cigarettes and body odor. The curtains were torn and did not cover the windows, where light from the parking lot filled the room. All night there was noise from the parking lot and other guests, making sleep impossible. The hot water controls were not functioning, so the shower went from scalding hot to cold and back again. I would sleep in my car before I stayed in this hotel again. Other than that, it was fine.

On the rise
The site is currently under reconstruction so room quality varies by location. It is low-cost and part of this cost savings comes from limiting the number of towels. Service people are always milling around and the roof construction was noisy, yet I still extended my stay because of the price, the beautiful pool and my clean, comfortable room with a new air conditioner, refrigerator and microwave. The ladies that manned the front desk were friendly and very helpful. I plan to go back soon, using it as a work office on business trips.

BUGS! ! ! TERRIBLE !
We were in Milledgeville for a funeral and only needed somewhere to sleep. We checked in and within 5 minutes, roaches came from everywhere ! ! The clerk was kind enough to offer us different rooms. But they were not much better. DONT waste the time or effort. We called the Comfort Inn Suites next door (12:30 am) and they were able to accomodate us. The grandchildren felt more comfortable immediately upon arrival. My children's advise - STAY with a national, well known chain.

WARNING: BED BUGS!!!
We had two rooms for our stay. At 6:00 in the morning our teenagers called us to say that they had bugs all over their beds. I found that there were in fact "Bed Bugs" crawling all over both of their beds. They found the bugs earlier in the night but didn't want to wake us up. They attempted to sleep in the chairs in the room. After approaching the manager with a cup of the bugs, he refused to offer any refund fo the one room that had teh bugs. He said we were on our own. We had to take the day and go clean our suitcases and wash all of our clothes before we could continue with our vacation. The boys were exhausted for the rest of the day. I will never stay in this Motel chain again!!!!!!!!!

Pay attention to the reviews
We were in the town to visit family and really just wanted to be able to relax. When we reached our room that eveing my two kids wanted to swim and the pool had way to many chemicals in it. When we retired to our room we realized we must have been put in the middle of a party section. The manager wouldn't move us or ask our surrounding neighbors to please be a little quiter, after all the walls were paper thin!!! There were 4 of us and only two towels in the room and the hotel manager didn't want to give us any more! Then after he left the check in clerk did "sneak" us two more towels to our room. We weren't asking for 100 just one for each of us to use when we bathed. I will not stay at this place again, nor will I recommend it to someone!
