Dear Joao, I really didn't believe in my eyes when i read your review both in EXPEDIA and in TRIP ADVISOR. I was wondering the reason of your anger towrds me after all the help, suggestions and care i showed you. So, let's make clear one by one your accusations. 1. In the past we had a big swimming pool but since we made the private ones we closed it. In the description of the hotel there is nowhere written that we provide a big swimming pool. 2. All the pictures are 1000/100 true 3. The glass for the orange juice is smaller than the glass for water. there is no limit of the orange you or any guest could drink. Did i tell you to drink only one glass of orange juice? NO 4. I personally served you the coffee but if you drink your coffee 20 m later, it will be cool. i remember that day and i brought you immediately a new one. 5. When you asked me so insistently for a late check out i explained you that the hotel is fully booked and i cannot offer you late check out but i offered you the hospitality room that you denied outrageously. Every day we have more or less 10 new arrivals and we have to offer the room on time like we offered to you. it's not only your needs that matter. 6. You never mentioned that you would like a birthday cake for your friend's birthday. During your stay i gave you all my tips about the beaches, the restaurants and the Milos sights. As opposed to your review you were very satisfied, pleased and happy since every day you told you your feedback from what i suggested you. your attitude was completely opposite from what you described. I have nothing else to add. I wish you a pleasant vacation .

Hello mr Andrew, We would like to thank you for staying with us and you spent your holidays in Milos. The hotel is newly renovated so maybe there is something that wasn't sealed. Unfortunately the prior guest throwed toilet paper that's why the shower was blocked. However we fixed it immediately and we offfered you a new room to stay. You prefered to stay in the same room and the cleaning lady cleaned your bathroom from the beggining. We really appreciate your feedback and we hope to see you again. Best regards
