Pool needs MAJOR TLC
We actually live in Racine, just booked a hotel room for the day to take the kids swimming and have a pizza party in the room. But the pool literally looks abandoned! It wasn’t even filled up all the way, filters weren’t working, the water was so cloudy you couldn’t see two feet in front of you, ceiling leaking, tables were dirty. Kind of a bummer since that was the only reason we came to the hotel. Needless to say we didn’t swim long and basically watched a movie in the room had our pizza party then went home.

The hotel was wonderful, but we only watched tv and slept. The room was in excellent condition. I didn’t notice anything that appeared worn or damaged. The furniture was very comfortable, anything you wanted to do, the desk was generous. My only concern was with the parking lot. The parking lot has been a nuisance since it was built. The parking on the south side is best, and has a few disabled parking spaces, with a shortcut to the elevators.

Too hot!
This is an old hotel that Marriott has given a facelift. It is very pretty. The employees are wonderful - they respond immediately to any request. However, Marriott needs to invest in the HVAC of this hotel! The first night I set my thermostat at 68°. However my room stayed at 81°. (My friend's room was 40°!) When I came back at the end of the next day it was 83°. The maintenance man arrived with a fan. We could not turn off the heat completely, but blocked the vent with towels. He said there was no other way to control it. The temperature went down to 73° after a while. It is too bad that something so basic will ruin the reputation of a hotel with a great staff.

Staff very helpful...especially Kash and Bertha Mccoy But what a shame the company does not match the commitment to customer service that the staff does.i had to try 3 rooms to find one with acceptable heat My companion couldnt get her heat to shut off the infrastructure has not been maintained it would appear. The excellent staff cant make up an uncomfortable nights sleep Pool was very nice Paul Foster

Thermostat did not work. Waited 40 minutes for repair man. He could not fix it. Was not offered another room. Spent 3 days without heat and or AC

5年前くらいの宿泊の際にはもっとしっかりした重厚感のあるホテルだったのに、買い取られて改装したらすごく安っぽいホテルになっていました。朝食もハム、ソーセージ、卵の無い寂しい限りのもので、コロナ禍の時の影響かとは思われましたが、これで朝食(無料)付きなら仕方ないかと思っていたら、若いアルバイト風のお兄さんに8ドル請求されました。今後、団体で泊まることも視野に入れての宿泊でしたが、はこのホテルは使えないなと思いました。

We had a minnor issue as they attempted to give us a room JUST with a king bed. Not what we reserved, when we finally pointed it they moved us, yet still seemed questionable. Then Monday Morrning at 8am maintenance walked in to do repairs. Which the desk stated that o that just Willy we’ll talk to him. Made us feel very strange the rest of the time. Staff was conceited and rude at all times. Hotek was far overprived for location and amenities. And you have to be a premier member to receive free continental breakfast. Which. From a man who spends his life in hotels every day of the week for work and has seen every kind of establishment. $10 for breakfast and not a piece of meat to be found. Customer is well below subpar. Very Uppity. Cleanliness. Comfort and appearance.........Amazing.

Beautiful hotel, very very nice just had a couple "issues" one of which no matter what we set the air on, it didn't get below 72 degrees which was way too warm for us. Also, our tv remote wasn't working and no way to turn volume down. From desk said they would sent maintenance up once he got back from shuttle run however we never saw him.
