Dislikes -- Check-in person (the bar manager is who I had as I was able to read that on his name tag, but not his name) was very rude at check-in time, did not take time to listen to me, said this is the way it is and charged me for my room when I already paid a now price with Expedia. which now paying twice for one room is messing up my checking account with pending purchases. ** Nothing was said or given to us for a secure Wi Fi connection to use our phones and computers in the hotel. This should be a given for all guests! ** A text was sent to me with my husband's name, and he wasn't even there and nowhere did I have that on my charge card or booking. Was a welcome text. I hadn't even gotten up to my room and the text came through. I was already upset with check in and now a text not even to me! REALLY?! too many texts from Cambria. **no carts available for taking luggage up to the rooms **no plastic bags in the garbage cans in the hotel room. or even a bag for dry cleaning that all other hotels I have been to have one hanging in the closet. **No bible in the room, really! All hotel and even motels have that in each room. **Light on the nightstand had a light bulb burned out or light isn't working in room 330. ** No soap dish or even a tray to put your soap bar in after using it.
Love - I love the amenities the hotel offers, and the times given at check in. One thing that would be nice is having a typed list of hours from open to close of all the amenities.
