I am sorry to hear of your experience at the hotel recently. I have noted the room you stayed in and have made sure it get's a very deep clean. In addition, I have also made sure that any pet friendly rooms moving forward are on certain levels of the hotel, so guest that are sensitive will be in rooms where pets are not allowed.
