I called early yesterday to schedule a shuttle for my arrival at 1130 Pm at Minneapolis Airport. I was told the shuttle stopped running at 10:45. The hours for the shuttle should be explained when booking. I am on crutches & needed the simplistically of using the shuttle. This is why I booked this airport hotel. The Hilton Garden has a 24/7 shuttle & I would have stayed there had I know. When I checked in, at midnight, the bellman had to go to find the concierge to check me in. Both saw I was on crutches. The bellman then disappeared & when I asked the concierge for a luggage cart, she pointed to the front doors, which was down the lobby stairs I had just climbed with my crutches & bag. I politely asked if she could grab one for me as & have a busted knee. She said nothing & started hollering for the bellman, who never came. After 10 minutes I gave up, picked up my bag & hobbled to the elevator. As I did she was again calling from behind the desk ‘you don’t need the help now!’ I’m sure she was the night auditor but all your staff should be trained to give assistance to those in need. The property & room were lovely as was the server who waited on me at breakfast.
