I do apologize, we still have a pool, but our hot tub has been closed for a few years now since pre-pandemic times. We have been working with our advertising partners since then to make sure our information is correct.

We thank you for staying with us and letting us know about your experience.I apologize that we couldn’t allow you to park while traveling on vacation this time, as our capacity for the number of cars allowed to do so had been reached during the time you wished to go.Much of the time this is not an issue, but we suggest contacting the hotel in advance to check availability to do so, especially during peak travel periods.

Thank you for letting us know about your stay. Unfortunately, we no longer have hot tubs at our property. I will have our maintenance staff look at the HVAC unit in your room to address the temperature issue.
