Our housekeeping staff reported smoking evidence and that's why our front desk staff charged you 50+tx instead of 250+tx for penalty so we did try our best on our end to keep you happy.

As per our records, you stayed 3 nights and we have a sign posted at the front desk saying we only provide HK services on mon, wed and fridays but if you request us the day before by 8pm, we are happy to provide HK service to your room on next day, so I am sorry for the misunderstanding. As per heater, it's a first time after 4-5 months of summer that we need to run the heat vs. ac so that might be the reason for the odor and we apologize for it. We are pleased to let you know that we didn't charge you any additional cleaning fees even after housekeeping informed us that the room condition at check out was horrible. It had food all over the carpet floor that it took them couple hours to just clean the floor and neither did we charge you any additional amount for having 1 adult and 4 teens in the standard 2 bedroom even though the maximum people allowed in the standard 2 beds are 4 people total.
