The hotel is fine. Nice to have a kitchenette. Elevators are SLOW, especially with one not working.

I was a little disappointed to see how small our room was, with a king size bed that basically takes over the space. The kitchenette is convenient although we only used the fridge. Breakfast was chaotic. The room where one gets their food and beverages is small and it was difficult to negotiate getting plates, cutlery, juice, etc. the hard boiled eggs were frozen, we couldn’t eat them! And, as usual, the waffle line was insane. As of right now I have a “pending” $40 charge which I have no idea what’s it for. The hotel is conveniently located as we were interested in going to the MOA. We would have walked but it was a little chilly and we would’ve been too tired any way. Walking around the area of the hotel, at night or early evening didn’t seem too safe.

The property is close to the airport and the mall. Staff was great and checked us in early. The room was cute and perfect for my husband and I and it was a plus to have a full size fridge and kitchen since we stayed for 6 days. We were visiting some very sick family members so the location was wonderful - easy to hit the highways to Wisconsin and also to see some family that lived in southern MN. Our only complaint would be the walls are very thin. One night we could hear our nieghbors playing music all night like we were sitting there with them and then the last 2 nights of our stay the people above us seemed to be having some kind of jumping contest all hours of the night. Other than that we had a very pleasant stay.

Check in was a breeze. Jonah checked us in and he answered all of my questions. He was very friendly all through our stay. The hotel is conveniently located by the Mall of America. Our room was clean and comfortable. I definitely will be staying at TownPlace Suites again!

We loved our stay at this hotel. Although there were a couple issues we had with our room we enjoyed our entire stay. The staff were extremely friendly and the hotel was well kept. I didn’t report a couple issues to the staff but the issue I did was addressed right away. I would recommend 10/10.

It was very refreshing to see a staff that was this good. When we checked in our TV didn’t work. The maintenance man came right away. The TV couldn’t be fixed so they moved use to another room with no problem. Staff was more then will ing to help with the inconvenience and apologized. Bests staff I have seen in years!!!!

Great one night stay pre flight! 24 hr gym. Complimentary breakfast hot starting at 7am. Across street from MOA and close to airport. Full size fridge, mini kitchen with microwave, range, and dishes. Clean bed, bathtub/shower. Friendly and quick check in/out. Only negative was couldn’t get my online check in to work and missed breakfast due to early flight.

Property was very clean. Pool was clean and well maintained. Great selection for breakfast. Was in close proximity to the Mall of America (practically out the parking lot and into the MOA parking garage). Was surprised wasn't more expensive! Would definitely recommend.

Elevators kept going out. Entry cards deactivated before 11:00 a.m. My son was locked out. I was in shower when he returned from gym. Cards did not work. Confusing, considering check out is at 12:00 noon. Then we were told elevators were out again. As I am hadicap, stairs are not an option. They called us when working.
