This hotel does not match its rating on Expedia. When we arrived it was far from good. Firstly, was given a room that was not cleaned between guests. The 2nd room was in very rough shape. Ceiling light in the shower was falling out of the ceiling. The tub faucet was loose in the wall. Hot water was minimal. Fan unit made horrible grinding noises. The area is VERY loud with vehicles and upstairs footsteps are disruptive. Will never stay there again.

Good budget hotel in good shopping area
Good budget hotel. Only queen beds available. Little tired looking, but clean, safe and convenient. Right across the street from the mall and close to lots of restaurants. Very limited breakfast and unfortunately the water tastes very chlorinated.

Carpet cleanliness.
The hotel hallway carpets were filthy. That didn’t leave a very good impression on the stay. The rooms were ok as far as cleanliness was concerned but a poor first impression is a lasting one. The carpet in the room was dark so not sure how clean they were.

Not impressed
The hotel was dirty and the carpet severely stained in the hallways. The room had worn out chairs and the bathroom wasn't clean. The maid didn't come to clean the room and i had to call twice to get towels bright to the room.

Some good, some not so good.
The easy chairs, one had broken spring, the other had a leg that would fall off when moving it to watch TV, but the place was clean. Breakfast was not bad, but the biscuits were rationed and the sausage gravy was cold. The coffee (a personal taste) did not smell nor taste like good coffee... kind of a scorched taste. Finally the carpeted hallways looked well used and abused.

Friendly staff. Nice layout. Need to clean the floors in the room. They were sticky and need to be vacuumed.

it was a quiet room area but close to the desk; the amenities included refrigerator and stove and microwave so one could cook, and price was reasonable

The beds were super comfy. Fresh cookie in the afternoon. Fresh fruit offered throughout the day. Breakfast was sad. First day they offered two things, a burnt omelet and sausage. No toast. Truck didn't come? Second day had toast but the food looked yucky. Wouldn't stay again.

Woman checking us in was miserable and unfriendly. Same woman checked us out, same story…miserable. Tv wasn’t working properly, she said she’d send someone to take a look. No one showed up. Safe in the room didn’t function properly. No maid service for duration of stay. Pillows were lumpy. On the upside, the breakfast was good. Hotel was quiet. It’s doubtful I’d book again next time.

Our stay at mainstay was great! The rooms are very spacious which was perfect as there was 4 of us! Full size fridge, microwave etc so that was fantastic! Would definitely stay again! One note, you have to leave hotel to use the pool/hot tub. We would have but it was an insane blizzard so we couldn’t/didn’t but just a heads up.

Booked, got to the hotel to book in and was met by a miserable customer service rep who claimed Expedia can’t tell the difference between clean rooms and dirty rooms. Then was snarky when she said they had no rooms available. I said I had booked and it was non-refundable. I promptly left and contacted Expedia for a refund. Terrible service!!

Our room had old garbage in two of the three receptacles in the room. The kitchenette had old food stuck in the microwave as well as on the stovetop. The carpet had not been vacuumed. The staff simply handed me the room keys and said, “You can go.” BUT, the room was relatively inexpensive, so I guess we got what we paid for.

Great hotel
This was a great hotel! Right beside the mall and great restaurants. It was very clean and spacious. The hot breakfast was delicious!

Carpets in hall were filthy. Walked into hotel room smelt like every spice in the pantry. Hotel room floor had debris it was not vacuumed. Kitchen sink had lettuce in it. Fridge wasn’t even clean or wiped down. Bathroom flooring was wrecked holes in wall bathtub was dirty. Toilet has feces debris in it could tell it was not cleaned previously!!! I don’t know where or who rated this hotel it does not deserve the rating that was stated

This property is in need of repair and absolutely filthy. In 4 days I never saw a maid or a maids cart anywhere in this hotel. The hallway carpets are the filthiest I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Dead bugs in entryways for 4 entire days. Not sure if the hotel owns a vacuum. Leak in ceiling near lobby with a bucket and hose hanging down. Water shut off for an entire day to repair leak so no showers or use of toilets. Rooms smell of smoke and not sure what else. No cups, shampoo or lotion. Breakfast is horrible. Stay elsewhere. So disappointing.

Check in was wonderful!!
Check in was wonderful! Staff very friendly! The only thing that was disappointing was the room was dirty! The floor had food and crumbs, there was dirty dishes, and the fridge has not been wiped down. Beds were comfy
