Thanks for taking time to review and our motel studio rooms clearly state they have kettle, toaster, microwave and are not advertised with a kitchenette so you may have been looking at another site. Our apartments have a full size kitchen and laundry if booking an apartment. The internet has been improved with more wifi extenders around the property and guests are reporting a better result obtaining Wifi.

Thanks Nicola and yes unfortunately the power outage was this entire area of Mission Beach and we tried to at least light up stairwells for safety first before trying to get some lanterns into rooms. Thanks for your patience.

Hi David, our apologies as we were out of the office buying supplies and missed your arrival. We are a contactless check-in property , however we still always try to provide customer service and as we live onsite we are contactable 24 hrs if needed as our phone numbers are in every room. Unfortunately parking is always an issue when we are completely booked out but there is safe side street parking available as well for guests if needed. Happy travelling.
