Property was clean. The chambermaids as as their manager was rude. We were sleeping and she knocked and opened the door without waiting for us to answer. We complained to the front desk and the supervisor said she doesnt care. The hotel manager rejected us.

We arrived at 2:15 after traveling 400 miles. We knew check in was at 3:00, but were hoping we could check in a little early. We were told flatly that we couldn’t. No explanation except that is the rule. We have had other hotels allow us to check in early because our room was cleaned and available. It was disappointing to say the least.

Always a Good Stay
Stay here a fair amount due to location, nice staff and big rooms. Decent fitness center and good breakfast! Only complaint is king size fitted sheet kept coming loose…too small. Bathroom was bright and water was hot!

Fantastic
Clean, comfortable and the staff was the most friendly staff in any place we’ve ever stayed. Willie checked is in and was wonderful and we had to go down to our car a few minutes later and they had apparently changed shifts. Tia took the time to introduce herself and let us know if there was anything we needed to let her know. Never in my life have I had hotel staff do that. Wonderful people!

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything is clean, excellent customer service and breakfast. The breakfast is amazing has a variety of food including eggs, cheese, potato, sausage, waffle, and cereal, juice. The man who served the breakfast is very helpful and made sure to re full the food every 10 minutes or so. Overall a great stay.

The bed was very comfortable..little trouble figuring out the thermostat. They played loud tunes or radio or in house music in the hallway but once in the room you don't hear it. A very good stay and reasonably priced. Night manager Delores was very helpful.
