Our room has a nasty damp, moldy, smokey order. I saw some type of bug on the wall. I sprayed Lysol everywhere then my body spray just to tolerate the scent. The evening host was NOT friendly although I tried to continue my politeness with her. Upon check out she was cleaning, didn't acknowledge the guest at the desk waiting on her to check them out. She kept vacuuming as if we all were not waiting on her.

While the property itself was fine, the traffic noise off of I-65 was terrible. They overbooked so we could not change rooms to one at the back-end, but how did they overbook?

Staff failed to let us know what time breakfast was and did nit show us direction of where room was. Overall was not informative.

There was something in and on my sheets when we arrived. Orange/crusty/ shower it to the front desk person and was told that housekeeping would handle it. They never even came to the room. When I asked for a manager I was told there isn't one available on weekends but someone would call me. The next day it still wasn't handled and I asked for housekeeping again and was told they would give me a new sheet but cleaning was only every other day! Someone came to the door and handled my husband a sheet. No offer to clean or even put the sheet on

It was a really really nice room. It was a really nice hotel to stay at. It was extremely quiet which I really appreciated anything I needed. Just ask for A you got it was just a nice place to stay. I would stay there again.

We loved everything about this place The people were very kind and nice The establishment smelled amazing at all times The only negative I have about this establishment was I rented this place for the indoor pool only to find out heat didn't work... Other than that we got the sweet room and it was amazing 50-in TV in the bedroom and 40 something inch and the sitting area the shower was amazing extremely large shower and above all it was a good stay very quiet motel. I would recommend it to friends.

There was not blackout curtains or curtains of any substance in the room. I was in town to work a night shift schedule and unable to rest due to excessive light. I will be doing more research for any future stay. The rest of the room was average at best. Not worth the cost.

The room we stayed in did not have very good hot water. It was quite cool and the bathroom sink would fill with water. Otherwise the stay was fine.

Comfortable

Check in was quick. I guess I hit at shift change and the lady going off duty was less then friendly. Room was nice, clean and in good repair. Place was quiet. Breakfast was, well, okay. Found the rest of the staff to be extremely friendly. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

I like the location close to roadway but I didn’t enjoy enough because I got on at night on dec/25. One point concerned was after my stayed the hotel charged 75usd in my credit card , without any authorization.

My children and I were traveling and arrived just after midnight. I liked that they lock the front door. The person at rhw front counter eas very polite and got us checked in quickly, she was very good at explaining the times breakstarted, and when pool opened. Shebwas very thorough. Room was nice, and clean, and quiet.

Stayed 3 nights. By the second day, no housekeeper had been to the room to empty trash cans, to replenish towels, to bring coffee packets. It was questionable when I initially checked in as to whether the floors had been vacuumed. All personnel were very nice , and the breakfast was good.
