Thank you so much for your honest feedback. I am unsure of the chemical smell but will have my engineering team look into your room to see if they can find the culprit. As for parking, unfortunately, at this time we do not have onsite parking , but the lots used for private parking will be the same ones in use for the hotel. We are working to streamline the process and will have it implemented soon.

Sorry, unfortunately, we don't have valet at this time. Rates are not usually that high, but due to Mardi Gras season.
