Positive: inexpensive, close to where we needed to be, quiet, clean when we checked in, plenty of hot water.
Negative: no cookware, dishes, or even coffee maker provided. Beds feel like camp cots and sound on the verge of collapse every time you roll over. USEFUL wifi is charged per day. Linen exchange is $10 a week. "Separate sitting area" is a table and 2 plastic breakroom-style chairs. The lobby is only open certain hours; no one was there when we wanted to check out. After the first night, the room had a distinct musty/mildewy odor. Toilet would run randomly.
They say it's to keep costs down, but we stayed at 2 different extended stays earlier in our trip that had a comparable per night cost, and provided for free everything Woodspring nickel and dimes you for.
