깨끗하고 조용한
굉장히만족스러웠지만 완벽한서비스는 아니였네요 기본적인 비품들도 몇가지 부족하고 호텔주변에는 아무것도 없어서 어디 나가려고 하면 차로 이동해야해서 렌트하지 않으면 매우 불편 할것같네요

피렌체에서 스위스를 가기위해 잠시하루 쉬려고 머문 아메리칸스타일의 단층 리조트에요^^ 여름이라 아이들 수영하기에는 딱인 호텔 입니다ᆞ고속도로근처라 차를 가지고 가야합니다ᆞ여행중 도심에서 떨어진리조트에서 하루정도 여유롭게 즐기기엔딱^^주방이있어 요리도 가능

The hotel was nice but the bed and the pillows are so hard that made it difficult to sleep. All the rest was good… parking is convenient and there are some restaurants …even a McDonald’s across from the hotel.

Good but could do better!
It was fine - nice helpful girls on reception, comfy bed, nice outdoor space with the room. Pool and gym ok. Used both. My only gripe was I booked the room with kitchen facilities and it was completely bare. You had to pay extra for the contents. What a ridiculous idea….disappointing.

Estimado huésped,Las normas de facturación a través de expedia están bien explicadas en la página web en el momento de efectuar la reserva. Una vez efectuada la reserva y el pago en línea, se debe solicitar una factura en el portal de expedia. El hotel recibe el pago de la reserva a través de una tarjeta virtual y tiene que hacer un recibo al portal de expedia: este es el procedimiento obligatorio que tenemos que seguir. El personal del check-out se limitó a explicarle las normas de forma correcta, así que consideramos que sus alegaciones son falsas y ofensivas.Cordialmente

I should have known not to stay at this hotel from the beginning. I asked if they could provide a car service to pick up my kids and me from the train station they said no. Once I got to the train station it took about 3 hours for us to get a taxi to the hotel because we were in the middle of nowhere. Then we finally get to the hotel and the bathroom had huge ants crawling all over the bathroom vanity, sink, walls, toilet and shower. It was disgusting and when brought to the hotel staffs attention they’re solution was to have housekeeping come kill the ants. To me this was very rude and disgusting. They did nothing to try and make me feel better about my stay. I will never stay at this hotel again and do not recommend it to anyone.

Dear Mimi,Our hotel is at a 3 hours distance from Milan airport and we advised you about that since the first mail you sent. The taxi service, as written on our website, is available if paid, and it was proposed to you by email. Seen the price, you decided to refuse it.The ants were in the room because of your food leftover everywhere on the floor. We offered to you to come and solve the problem with insect repellent, which you refused. We did everything possible to address your problems based on our capacities, which were refused. Everything was great!
Very nice rooms, spaceous and clean. Great pool area and good breakfast. The restaurant next to the hotel has really nice food.

Motel or Hotel?
It was a very comfortable and spacious room, but a bit on the pricey side. We opted for half board, but on entering the restaurant and choosing a meal we were told of the restrictions of half board, which was a bit embarrassing. The food however was very nice. Breakfast also was very good. Our room was not part of the main hotel building, more like a motel room. The restaurant was a walk across from the hotel and room, it was raining the night we were there and our feet got wet in the small puddles accumulating on the floor in both directions.

Inutile atteggiarsi da hotel blasonato quando mancano i servizi. Magno con buchi sui muri, pulizia discutibile, riciclo aria completamente inesistente all’interno della camera, ho dovuto aprire le finestre alle 2 di notte, mi sono ritrovato con 26 gradi e senza ossigeno, la mia gola ringrazia. Non sono riuscito a far colazione, (bisogna recarsi in un altro stabile passando dall’esterno) dopo 10 minuti di coda per avere un tavolo per far colazione, me ne sono andato! Personale del tutto inesperto. Per l’importo pagato, si deve offrire molto di più. Da evitare!!!

Na verdade era um flat, com mini cozinha, sala espaçosa, quarto e banheirogrande. Típico dos hotéis americanos. Estacionamento dentro do pátio, próximo ao quarto. Hotel limpo, agradável, confortavel, otimo para quem viaja de carro pela italia. 20 minutos do centro dd Modena e 10 minutos de Maranello, o que torna o lugar favorável para quer visitar os museus automobilísticos da região.
