Not Good
This was pretty bad. Facility seemed to have been somewhat renovated, however, it was blazing hot and the air conditioner didn't work. There was something wrong with the air in the room and it gave us both a bad headache. Perhaps new paint?

I am terribly sorry about your problematic stay in our room, but we were not aware of the problem you were facing in the room. We were not informed that there was a problem in the room during your stay, before leaving a bad review we would have solved the problem for you. The rooms were renovated around 2 years ago so there should be no traces of fresh paint. The air conditioner was working fine, but if the front desk was aware of the problem then we could have helped you solve the problem. Thank you

Noisy and far from downtown
Noisy trains and street traffic. I was no where near downtown services. Don't walk on the street near this hotel as it is dark with highway speed traffic.

I am sorry about the noise. I wish i can fix the noise problem because train like to make noise. Downtown is about 2.2 miles from the hotel

Breakfast disappointing
The continental breakfast consisted of nothing liquid, only dry cereal and mini muffins. No coffee. No milk. No toast.

DID NOT FEEL SAFE
There was a homeless rest stop like set up in the parking lot - just out of main site. A young woman came up to the second floor walked the length of the walkway to ask me for a cigarette. when I said I did not have more on me she asked me if she could go with me to my room to get one. She continued to come back every now and then. Motel Mgr asked her to leave but by then I did not feel comfortable. Manager said there were cameras covering the parking lot but I could not see any. The room was old - the fabric chair filthy. The bathroom very old. The neighborhood traffiky and a train going by. Wouldn't suggest staying here for the price.

Surprisingly clean and neat. When I pulled in I thought this may not be great. When I entered my room the a/c was on and room was cool. No order at all. Very clean. Very neat. The neighborhood worried me a little, but no issues at all .

Nice room, TV was a little old but it had a lot of channels, definitely worth it.

Very poor condition of the room, especially the shower!! Almos falling front the wall!! And the smell of the room,was horrible!

King sized bed was comfortable. There was a microwave and a mini fridge. The ac was in the wrong room corridor, just outside the bathroom. It took forever to cool down the room.

Reasonably priced motel.
This motel was in the right price range and the right place for us. It wasn't the quietest place but it did what it was supposed to.

Bare Bones
This hotel is clean but old. It is in a sketchy neighborhood across from the train tracks. The owners were nice. Don't expect extra towels or a coffee maker. If you are staying one or two nights it would suffice.

A Place to Stay
The room was clean and spacious. Amenities are minimal. "Breakfast" was literally a pot of coffee and a bulk container of dry fruit loops, with a sign saying, "ask at the front desk for milk."
