Staff was very friendly and kind. The construction did not bother us, we were warned about it at booking. Our only complaint (and its a big one), so much of the hotel smelled of weed. We were told smoking was not allowed and carried a fine but still, the hallways and breakfast area smelled awful.

The property was under construction. I get things are in disarray due to that, but the staff was rude, no hot water, and the arrangement and lighting in the room was poor.

Construction was not mentioned had to ask for coffee for room not able to use heater just not what I paid for. Won’t recommend

This is my second stay here. Staff is always great and friendly. They are renovating at the moment so it’s not as welcoming as it was the first stay. The room was clean but it did have cracked light fixtures that looked like they were in the middle of fixing. It was a short stay so it did not bother me. I’m sure once all renovations are done it will be a nice and comfortable place to stay.

My problem is that they were doing remodeling, and there was no hot water working in the showers. $140/night, and no hot water showers in Ca central valley? I can get a cold shower at any farm I stop at. Why did they charge me $140/night and no hot shower? C'mon.

Overall a very nice and quite place. They are remodeling so parking is limited. But was able to fir a full size crewcab longbed in the parking lot easily. Room was very clean with plenty of room. Was super surprised of the size for the price. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel itself is clean, other than the construction and renovation. The issue O had was with the customer service and lack of communication. The failed to inform me and check-in that the hotel was shutting the water off at 9 am. Went to ask about it and the was told that I should have been informed me at check in. General manager was not very helpful.

Very Nice Stay
The only thing that kept our visit from being perfect was the construction taking place as part of a renovation. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast room is spacious and the hot breakfast was good. We were not there long enough to use the pool and spa.

We were a party of 5 and we intended to use the pull out couch. But it was unbelievably dirty and looked like it was pulled out of a dumpster and like it went through a fire. The regular beds also looked and felt dirty and my kids got bit by what I think we bed bugs.

Under Constuction Nightmare
I was not informed that there be construction going on at the hotel. Construction tape across the lobby area - it seemed like a crime scene form a movie. Doors slamming shut at 7am and an alarm of some sort going on and off at all times. The room had an unpleasant smell to it. I was very disappointed.

Nice staff and clean room but on the first night of staying there was no water. The guest on the second floor jumped up and down until 3 am. At 6 in the morning, someone banged on the door because she was looking for her friends on the second floor. My husband wanted to take a shower and we had no cold water just hot one and took all day to fix it. So we got charged for nothing.

Don’t stay here!
The hotel is under construction. There is dust floating everywhere along with construction noise. Hot tub broke, tv broke, no accessible usb ports, wifi horrible

Half of the property was under renovation, but based on the condition of the room I was in it was well overdue. Area around the hotel is a truck stop. Shady characters (homeless) roaming the parking lot at all hours. No hot water during my stay. Hotel staff said I only needed to let it run for 20-30 minutes. Nice.

They are under construction (much needed) but the shower was awful no pressure hard to control temp, the carpet was not clean I had to ask for it to be re vacuumed The rooms are a great size and they are pet friendly, it’s very close to the fairgrounds which we like

LOVELY STAY
For Turlock Area. It was very nice compared to other hotels. Staff was very helpful when i needed something. And i was welcomed and help right away. It was very clean as well. and food and other stuff is a hop and skipp away.

So So experience
Lobby appears clean, modern, and smells pleasant. Room was also nice in appearance, however the pull out mattress was pretty stained and there were no extra sheets, blankets, or pillows immediately available. Keeping them in the closet would be nice and easily accessible. The water in the shower and faucet in the bathroom never got warm at all so showers were no fun. We told the front desk about the issue and they were more than willing to send someone up to take a look at the issue but we were only there for 1 night so I'm not sure if it was fixed or not. There was no offer of a discounted rate or comping anything. Breakfast was nothing to write home about but there were a few options. Overall, not a bad place and in a pinch I would stay here again but wouldn't be my first choice.
