Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich Gegend ist ruhig und schön :) Cocktails könnten tatsächlich etwas größer sein, damit man weniger laufen muss ;) Tischtennisplatte sollte erneuert werden Insgesamt aber empfehlenswert

Fantastisk lækkert hotel - men trivielt all-incl
Total renoveret dejligt all-inklusive hotel. Virkelig imødekommende og lækkert istandsat. Vi blev modtaget af en virkelig sød og imødekommende midaldrende lady i receptionen…. Hun er guld for hotellet. Hotellet ligger meget roligt ved Costa Morgan bugten, som er næste stop efter PourtoRico og Amadores. Der tager 30 minutter at gå til PourtoRico langs vandet. Ellers benyt taxa og bus…. Virkelig flot morgenbuffet med alt hvad hjertet kan ønske sig…, Ligeledes frokost og aftenbuffet. Selvfølgelig bliver det en smugle ensformig - men det ved alle som har prøvet all-inklusive. Hotellet kunne godt lave et par tema aftner… Grill, BBQ, Mexicansk, Spansk… eller noget helt andet. Det vil give lidt inspiration. Dog tilbyder hotellet et enkelt besøg i deres Gourmet Restaurant med 5 serveringer inkl. vin - det var en god afveksling. Men book bord med det samme i ankommer …. Det er næsten umuligt at få bord, og vi fik kun bord, fordi vores LADY i receptionen kunne trylle lidt… Poolområdet er helt fantastisk. Masser af solsenge så du ikke behøver at reserverer fra tidlig morgenstund. Masser af gode hyggehjørner samt et loungeområde for voksne. Super underholdning hver aften… Alligevel kommer vi ikke tilbage…. Personalet hjælper ikke hinanden og dermed falder all-inklusive…Til morgenbuffet kunne vi vente over 10 til 20 minutter på omelet - ved poolen var typisk kun en i baren, hvilket gjorde køen og ventetiden på drinks enorm. Selv når vi stod 10 i kø, kom ingen hjælp.

Relaxing vacation and good standarts
Food: We liked food variety for breakfast and dinner. Very tasty. Cocktails at bar were not so good. Room: We had room with a view. Just perfect. Activities: We enjoyed playing ping-pong and chess. Beach: 1 min to go to the beach. Perfect location.

Very Comfortable, Clean, Modern Hotel
We booked a Junior Suite which proved to be a very good decision. It was very spacious and clean with a large balcony that included two very comfy sunbeds, two chairs and table plus hot tub. We did not use the pool area at all! Tea, coffee, bottled water, safe and pool towels included at no extra charge with the suite - these would have been expensive extras with other rooms. Our booking included breakfast and evening meal. Food was good but not amazing. We were not overly impressed with the drinks 'package' in the evening or the juices available at breakfast. Staff were all friendly and polite. We had one small issue during our stay that was dealt with very promptly, efficiently and with good humour. The area seemed very quiet and that suited us perfectly.

Lovely stay, would return
Nice hotel, in great condition with good facilities. Small things like needing to leave a cash deposit (who carries cash now?!) for pool towels and to pay for each exchange impact my rating slightly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would have appreciated a courtesy room or some communal facilities (shower and hair dryer) to be available when the hotel is full so late check out isn't an option.

Nice hotel in quite area near the beach 🏖🌴☀️
We had spent 2 weeks at the hotel during our Christmas and New Years holidays. Overall, we would rate our stay as very good. The hotel is quite old, but the staff do their job to keep it clean. A lot of sun during the day. The hotel is right near the beach. After there is no sun at the pool area, it is possible to move to the beach and get 1-1,5 hours extra under the sun. Playa del Cura, where the hotel is situated, is just 5 min away from Puerto Rico. Even though the hotel does not have its own parking, it is possible to find parking nearby. Staff was very helpful and friendly, daily cleaning was provided; evening programs and animation during the day were also very good. Some people complaint about the variety of food, but for us it was always possible to find something tasty to eat. Both bars were also good. The New Year’s dinner was absolutely fantastic as well as the night show. The two things were not very good: the pool and WiFi. It could be much nicer if the pool was warm. WiFi was not good at all. I guess that 4* hotel can provide better internet with better coverage.

We got a great deal for this all inclusive hotel. reception team were fantastic. lucky to have received upgraded sea view rooms for the 3 rooms we had boooked as a family all close to each other on the first floor. The Labranda website states "Safety deposit boxes are free" with all inclusive however this changed 6 months ago and the website has not been updated. We were given these free of charge as an act of goodwill. We also hired beach towels for €10 each that were returned with the receipt and refunded at end of our stay. The all inclusive part was great. The pool bar had help your self San Miguel, Sangrua, Water, Fizzy Drinks and tea an coffee. If you wanted wine or spirits these were served by a bar tender. Also at pool bar were snacks servers from. 12 to 5 including chicken nuggets, chips, burgers, hot dogs and toasters. The main restaurant had a selection of drinks as above but with wine also on help yourself. Breakfast had cereal, cheese and hams, pastries, bread/toast, an egg/omelette station, fruit, yoguhurt beans, bacon etc Lunch typically had soup, salad, bread and various options of meal...usually a casseriole or curry and vegetarian. all with rice, potato, veg. Evening meals were similar in choice but there was a pizza pasta station and selection of desserts. One day a week at lunch there was a BBQ by the pool. Plenty to choose from however ask the chef to cook to your liking as his taste is different Would return as extremely clean and great value.

Mooi uitzicht. Rustige ligging. Lekker eten. Heel vriendelijk personeel, zowel aan de receptie, aan de bar, in het restaurant als het poetspersoneel. De animatie is op sommige momenten redelijk druk, lawaaierig en erg op Fransen gericht. Vlakbij het hotel busvervoer, waardoor Puerto de Mogan, Maspalomas, Las Palmas ... makkelijk bereikbaar zijn.

ottimo hotel
hotel pulito e confortevole adatto a famiglie con bambini piccoli, ottima animazione, peccato che in alcune ore del giorno non si mangia nulla pur avendo all inclusive, si può bere di tutto ma se si va con bambini piccoli arrivare alle ore 13 per il pranzo può creare qualche problema e anche per l'aperitivo serale non vengono dati snack ma solo bevande, sicuramente un buon all inclusive con molta varietà di cibo a colazione/pranzo e cena (tra l'altro ottimo), con però queste piccole limitazioni

Come già spiegato recentemente, non posso emettere giudizi su questa struttura in quanto per gravi motivi di salute occorsi circa quindici giorni prima della partenza, i medici dell'ospedale non mi hanno permesso di viaggiare in aereo. Richiesto alla Ryanair e all'Hotel Labranda se ci fosse la possibilità di un possibile rimborso per quanto accaduto, la Ryanair mi ha rimborsato l'intera somma versata, l'Hotel Labranda si è tenuto rigorosamente al contratto di viaggio che non prevedeva nessun rimborso. Mi dispiace perchè era il mio viaggio di nozze, mi dispiace per l'Hotel Labranda, con i miei soldi non diventeranno ricchi ed io non mi impoverisco di certo. Detto ciò, per favore non inviatemi più richieste di recensioni su questa struttura.
