The breakfast food was good. A great housekeeping staff. The Hampton Hotel should erect a sign on how to turn into the hotel. There is no signage and just a gravel road and at night visitors can get lost trying to find the entrance road. The road needs to be paved and widened also.

Unfortunate stay
The room was dated and smelled of “old”, and the bathroom was mildewed and had a tile loose from the ground that clanked every time you walked near it. The community bath products were practically empty and although someone came and left a new supply of coffee and such, the rest of the room wasn’t touched. I don’t remember indicating that I wanted or needed a handicapped room, but that is what I received. Truly NOT a Hilton quality site, in my opinion.

Dirty, Needs Major Renovation
Do Not spend the $$ to stay here! In fact this is the last time I stay at a Hampton Inn. Apparently the Hilton name doesn’t mean much to them, because if it did they would be out inspecting these hotels to make sure they are up to standards and representing their name well! We visited family over Thanksgiving Holiday. Having just moved away not long ago we were aware that most of the hotels in this particular area were build for those working out of state building a large plant and the hotels get used and abused. However, no reason not to be clean or updated. Bathroom tiles were mismatched, loose and dirty. Towels are literally pieces of thin cotton. Shower had luke-warm water at best and shower head needed replaced. Moldy tiles. Bed was old and not comfortable at all. Carpet needs replaced or at least a good scrubbing. This hotel allows dogs which is why we chose it. I didn’t even want my dog walking on the carpet or the floors in the hotel. Always out of coffee in the lobby. Didn’t even try the breakfast by the looks of the dirty area didn’t want to test fate. Main doors didn’t work, had to use a side door propped open for ANYONE to enter even at 2:00 a.m. when taking dog out! Thank goodness all the longer we had to be there was only to sleep and 4 nights was enough. I travel for work often and this is about the 3rd Hampton Inn that I’ve stayed at recently that has been neglected, gross and dirty. Upon check out this morning I had to wake the girl up at the desk.

Looks to need spruced up a little. Paint chipped on door frame of bathroom door. Also, could hear a couple yelling in a fight for three hours. Was not sure if they were above us or on the same hallway. Lots of expletives. Afraid to get involved. Finally quieted after midnight, but we were in town to bury my mom, so it was not what I wanted to deal with.

Very Pleasant Stay
Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel common areas nice! Pool was very enjoyable. Good location, easy access. Staff all very courteous and helpful.

Horrible Boss!!
Well we arrived on Aug. 14. The nice young lady was taking care of us(sorry can’t remember her name) but she was as great!! What I thought of the manger or whoever was her boss , was horrible!! While she was checking us in, her boss called and literally FIRED her over the phone! Now I don’t know if she deserved to be fired. But she DID NOT deserve the embarrassment of been fired in front of customers!! I think he should be fired!!

The staffs are friendly and wonderful. The facility is clean but needs some update. The tiles in the bathrooms were loose and cracked. And it was noisy. I think the sound insulation can be better, I can hear everything going on next room or upstairs.

Staff was very friendly and responsible. Decent hot breakfast. Room probably could use an upgrade, no fan in the bathroom; room and bathroom were clean but could've been cleaned more thoroughly; air fresheners would help the old, stale odor.

Booked a reservation 6 weeks ago. Got to hotel and were told the room we booked was unavailable. Front desk person could care less until I made him call a manager. After a very long time they got us the room we needed. Went up to room and the key cards did notnwork. Had to go back downstairs and the clerk was like yeah its not working right.

Our stay was nice. The young gentleman that was at the desk on the evening of our check in was awesome!! The one thing was the shower wasn't that good but it was ok for one night.

One night stand/stay
We are a Hilton Honors member. We've stayed at Hampton Inns quite often in the past. This one however wasn't the best. There were knocking noises all through the night. One of the tiles in the bathroom floor needed repaired. The lady behind the front desk was very nice and helpful. I give her an AAAA++++. The breakfast was decent but not a lot to choose from. Other than that, it was decent and clean.

Nice place, one nice person
Hotel was in notably good condition and clean. Two concerns only: 1) person at check in was pleasant but appeared frazzled and double charged me. I was able to call later and this was resolved quickly by friendly person named Mary. 2) At breakfast staff member standing by the food griping incessantly about a personal issue about her child’s teacher to another staff member. The other staff member seemed cornered and was not responding and got away as quickly as she could. Unprofessional behavior that should have been moved offstage. This hotel would do well with additional people like Mary on staff.
