NIGHTMARE !
I arrived at the property within proper check-in hours and I was informed that there are no more rooms available. I was offered an alternative accommodation solution, an apartment far from the location and at a different (lower) standard, which I refused. Manager assisted me in finding another accommodation, which I paid for. I was promised a refund, I am still waiting for it. Have filed a complaint and now waiting for the results. However, my trip was ruined and my money seems to be lost ....
