Door not sealed, light coming in. Folded dirty towels, instead of replacing. Booked a non smoking king bed, did not have any available.

Breakfast was very limited. Watered down OJ. Waffle, cereal, apple. Thanks it!? Garbage can in lobby full during "breakfast" and guy on cell phone.....

It was the most affordable and it was recently remodeled I believe, I would stay there again especially since the guy at the front desk was very helpful and thorough when explaining the procedures.

We were promised a handicap room. My niece has one leg missing and part of another along with other handicaps. A call was made in the morning to verify the room and a late arrival. The room was prepaid. They gave the room away. The person there didn't have a clue what to do along with giving a refund. Another guest was at the desk because they had no electricity! As a travel agent I say STAY AWAY!

The property was very clean. To our surprise the room was very upscale and trendy and very clean. The owners of the property were nice and friendly to us ( my husband and I). There was a small hiccup upon checking in where we had to stand outside in the cold while they check out reservations. Which was not a problem everything was okay with that. Other than the delay in checking in from the outside in the cold, everything was very very good! We will be uploading pictures in the next day or so. We were really happy and impressed and we would really like to share the cleanliness and upscale of the room. We got a fair price on the room as well. Breakfast was offered from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. breakfast was okay. It will be great if they had more of a variety with breakfast. No complaints there only an observation.We booked for 2 days and our stay was great! Long story short or stay was good and our room was nice and neat and clean! The Blakes

We were toid to leave two hours after check-in because of my 13 year old, house trained,12 lb service dog that I already cleared with the desk at check in. Yes, We didn’t have the paperwork for the dog as a service pet but the way it was handled was unprofessional and uncouth. management attempted to charge me twice for the one night stay! I’ll never be back

Lamont, Quality Inn Monroe is not pet friendly, a sign is posted on the door area fully visible when coming to front desk for registration, also guest reserved a non smoking room and smoked in the room. all policies of the hotel is posted on the all the websites.

This place is a dump. Smelled terrible. Every piece of furniture was severely stained with fabric rips. I walked out immediately and went somewhere else. Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve seen. Rating should be -10

Apparently the local down on your luck rental. Bathroom toilet wasn't totally clean but wiped right off. Adequate for business travel and inexpensive.

The first room we had had bed bugs. He moved us fairly quick. He was assistive until he decided to change the price because we wanted to add a couple more days, the house keeping does not throughly clean the rooms, the blankets had blond hairs (mine is short and black) all over them. The top spread smelled like old clothes that have been packed away with mothballs

The tub and toilet wasn’t cleaned properly and the hand towels looked like they had been used to dry hands and was still hanging on rack. Should’ve taken pictures but didn’t. Been to Deer acres in Monroe Georgia three times and all three times wasn’t satisfied and will not go back!!!
