Filthy! Our non-smoking room had clearly had people smoking in it and smelled like a 1980s night club. The shower was filthy and covered in mould and there were mould spots on the roof of the bathroom. The rest of the bathroom was covered in lint and dust from the tumble dryer. The floor of the whole unit was filthy and the dining table was filthy and covered with leftover lumps of grease from someone’s take away. I have pictures if the management would like to see them but when I raised issues and asked for a different room or a refund they were decidedly disinterested.

Nice new apartment. Comfortable bed and basic kitchen facilities. Some of the dishes and cutlery had not been cleaned very well. Good location close to Box Hill Central.

Modern and Clean. Very limited space to sit and watch TV or just relax. Did not get onsite parking even though we requested it when making the booking and then ringing the day to confirm we had onsite parking.

Excellent welcome and service at reception. Room very comfortable and clean and appreciated the kitchen. The front room would experience traffic npise on weekdays but fine on the weekend.

it was a bit shabby for a new building. Marks on walls, chips off paint, lift walls 'dirty '. Interleading room was not locked !

The apartment was very small and no windows except for two small ones high up in the minute kitchen /sofa area. The tv was in the bedroom and only a small couch in the kitchen ares. (Kitchen was well equipped) but yhe WORST THING... THE TOILET HAD URINE STAINS ON THE TOP OF THE BOWL. (

The room had not been cleaned, there was blood on the sheets and toilet and which was not acceptable. Our employee left and stayed elsewhere and when contacted they were most unhelpful and denied everything despite us having taken photos.

The customer NOT tell the truth! use the room more than 3 hours, if find the problem should be contacted with our front desk staff, But never ask for. during the stay have ordered a food delivery use inside the room. When guest left just said the company change plan have to go. Above is truth! the guest will in our system blacklist.

Pay for parking, very compacy

Very compact and charges extra for parking ... not good enough when street parking has 2 hr limit.

All Hotel have charge flat rate on it, even parking at Shopping centre over 7 hours have charge $35-48.00. Compact and convenient.

Compact but well designed. Car parking onsite is EXTREMELY TIGHT.(my wife's words . Mine are APPALLING). Office staff very helpful. Great restaurants 10 minute walk. Room was very quiet.
