Poor breakfast
No facilities like gymn, sauna etc. Just rooms and bar/restaurant. Very poor option on breakfast. No vegitables, omlete, sausages etc. No worth money.

호탤이 거의 특급이예요.. 방도 넓고 깨끗하고 조식도 좋고요.. 모든것이 만족스러워요.. 위치는 전 렌트카로 가서 불편하지 않았는데 대중교통은 불편할수도 있겠네요

Reception staff was fantastic Kristi is an exceptional host. Dining: limited choice , below standard service with attitude. You must have a reservation even on an empty dining room. Food was below Italian standard . Overcooked pasta (possibility of frozen meal reheat it) Rooms where better than any competitors around there so was brekfast service open rigorously 7 to 10 am , 10:04 the waiters were closing the buffet. Suggestion: upgrade yor dinner service to simple freshly prepared choices and extend breakfast service to 10:30.

The room we had was huge and perfect for a family with teenagers The hotel is well maintained It’s not in the city of Como but 15 minutes away by car But it’s perfect because it has parking lot and it’s free So for us that was the best part because parking in the city center is quite tricky.

Großer Kostenfreier Parkplatz. Zimmer sauber und ruhig. Großes Bad mit Regenduschen. Sehr gut geeignet für Zwischenübernachtungen auf der Reise. Gut zu erreichen und großes Einkaufszentrum fußläufig zu erreichen. Einziger Nachteil: liegt Außerhalb.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. On site parking lot was convenient. Not too many dining options in walking distance. Very nice for the one night we stayed.

Das Hotel war in Ordnung. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort und hatten keine Gelegenheit, die Umgebung zu erkunden. Das Zimmer war sehr groß (man hätte zwei daraus machen können), nur die Aufteilung und Anordnung der Räume war anders als gewohnt, z.B. war das Bad am anderen Ende und nicht wie üblich am Eingang. Auch musste man den Strom dort einschalten, wobei man erst durch den gesamten Schlafbereich gehen musste. Die Inneneinrichtung ist eher jugendherbergsähnlich (was nicht abwertend gemeint ist).

Ok place but not if you need food
When the hotels.com advert for this hotel tells me it has a restaurant i expect a restaurant, not on arrival telling me the restaurant is closed until the 7th January, and an explanation that a restaurant is open 10 minutes away, after we have been traveling for 8 hours!! But if they can serve a hot breakfast the next morning how can the place be closed!! Not happy staff either Tino looked like he found 10 euro but lost 50, its called hospitality!! Also hairs on the bed!!

hotel molto bello, l'unica cosa che mi ha infastidito è stato lo scarico doccia quasi totalmente intasato spero che dopo la mia segnalazione lo abbiano riparato
