This property was very dirty. It is nothing like the pictures. There was no one at the reception when I arrived. I saw this really weird man and he approached me asking me what I’m doing here after I explained that I have a reservation he then called the receptionist or the manager and he took me to the room. It was a disgrace the place is very old and smell bad. It was like a nasty old man room. I grab my things and leave instant. Why was there no receptionist at front desk ? The place was so old, creepy and disgusting especially that weird man they left in charged. Please don’t go here run for your life

This place was ok very basic we arrived at night and weren’t to eager to venture out the pictures on line are deceiving great view of the ocean and the bar is nice great views good coffee. We will definitely be going back

It was a good stay . Minor issues with the wifi. Also limited channels on tv. The shuttle was suppose to pick us up but it did not, however it did going back to airport . Staff was very friendly and nice . Would go back .

The place was dirty, need update, there was mole on walls, water stains everywhere! The bathroom wasn’t nice at all, to be honest there’s nothing good about this hotel!!!!!!!

The bed had no sheet on and the toilet wouldn't flush. Every time you flush the toilet you have to lift the lud and press onto something to let the water not keep running. The place is unkempt instead of saying its a hotel, just rename it a motel Its a good thing we booked in for 1 night. The propertior needs to take responsibility for its upkeep. And the cheek of it when booking on experdian it says no REFUND choose carefully because the pictures you see on the Internet is DECEIVING

Leaking roof, not good.
It was absolutely horrible. Got water from the wrong places. The room smelled moldy and i left my suitcase open in the spot of the roof that was leaking and everything i had completely drenched. The shower stopped working in the morning. I was explaining to the receptionist that looked at me like i was speaking gibberish. This is unacceptable even at the low rate.

The hotel was terrible, no sheets on the bed, only 1 towel and when I ask for another for my husband they advise they don’t have anymore, my husband and I had to share a towel, the bed had me itching all night, no blankets on the bed. My husband left something at the hotel and we just went back and the same stains we saw on the cover was the same covers they put back on the bed after they cleaned the room! I do not recommend this place these people are disgusting.

The pictures are deceiving. The building is in total disrepair. Furniture is broken cracked peeling. The linens needs to be changed out. Dingy, discolored "white" towels. Headboard for bed falling apart. Too many to mention. Unfortunately had to stay the night as it was an overnighter for a morning flight. There should be a minimum standard for Expedia this place is unacceptable and should be removed until repairs are made.

Do not stay at this place.
We could not stay the night, as the hotel was far far too dirty. They show us 2 rooms but they where both dirty. It was just the room it was the whole place. This picture do not show the exactly the look of the very very run down property.

There was a hole in the tub. Shower leaked into bathroom. No room service of any kind. Flimsy doors, including the door to the balcony and a door on the balcony that led to the balcony of the adjacent room. Pool was non existent. Just terrible. Felt like an unkempt Hostel.

If I could rate this no stars I would’ve, this place should be even be opened I left the next day. This is worse than a hotel, place was filthy, holes everywhere and dirty. Restaurant food could’ve killed you. Threw up instantly food tasted very bad. No WiFi, I didn’t even leave my room the rooms had keys with doorknobs that were easily accessible. People at the pool shouted all night long. No hand towels only one towel provided. This place was nothing like the pictures shown. I was disgusted as a woman, never felt so dirty in my life. Motel 6 would’ve kept the lights on for me cause this place had none. Don’t stay here at all.

It was meant to be a 4 day stay till. It ended up being 1 night. This hotel is very dated after staying here I found out the picture of the hotel was take more that 10 yes ago. I didn't have good customer service as I was trying to confirm my booking because I booked at hotel.com the reception didn't sound like he knew what he was doing. The AC was not allowed to be turn off as it won't come back on. The fridge felt like 18 degrees. My toilet was clogged. The floor kept my feet black. In the end they had to change the room as things weren't working. To top it off the light was cut from (lightning), so from 7:30 pm till I left the morning round 10 am they still had no electricity. There was no at the desk to help me in the morning as well. I packed my wife and kids after that night and asked to be tranfer to a different hotel.

I did not stay at cariblue beach hotel. The driver from the airport suggested a different location and dropped me off there. He claimed cariblue beach hotel was too run down. He dropped me at airport Beach .

No security, no one at the desk for check in. Called several times and walked the property and couldn't find anyone. When i finally got a hold of the property the next day they refused to refund me. Horrible customer service!!!!

A bit disappointed but location was ideal....
The Location was ok, there were most amenities a/c worked fine. Cable Tv was ok the bathroom and room needed a bit more cleaning and freshening up. The bathroom smelled like urine and very shakey. The property needs alot of upgrades. It look like a place in the 60s, very old and unattended. The pool looked half full and dirty.There was a nice sport bar on the property Spiritz we had breakfast there it was ok. The mini mart had most things you would need for a short vacation but a bit pricey. The host Mr Patrick and Brady was very friendly and willing to assist. Its a nice place to stay out of the hustle and bustle of the city. I would stay there again only if they make some serious renervation to the place. Those pictures they have up on The website are very misleading.

Worse experience. Please stay away from this hotel
I didn't stay at the hotel because it was very nasty, no AC, no water in the bathroom. The room has a bad smell and cause us to throw up. I need my refund.

Absolutely untrue. There is no evidence to support this accusation. It is with regret that our guest along with her children chose to curtail their stay on day 2 of their trip.

This is a small hotel that needs some work and updates, but the staff is nice. I like the access to pool/private beach & Spiritz restaurant. I enjoy this little jewel 💓
