Thanks for visiting with us, I have always being on point with pleasing our guest and I was ask by a guest who just got married the night before to play a little gospel music for them so thats the reason for that. we went about 200 feet out into the see to play for them at 11;30 in the morning so am really sorry for the inconvenience it may have cost you . as for all the other stuff , they are all optional and just for convenience for others

This is new to us and I am very sorry for your inconvenience . I wish you had said something to us from the beginning .No guest has ever had these experiences.

thanks for visiting with us, we are sorry that you did not understand how the T V works ,I showed your male guest how to operate it .again sorry for the mistake with the wires ,the TV use a electrical wire and the Fridge uses one also, most hotel that are not all inclusive has a charge for that, so we are again sorry, we recommend a local taxi Driver to our guest to reduce expenses and every guest enjoys the discount buy we are verry sorry we were not able to allow your family to come in and cook each day because of risk to other guest.

sorry for the inconvenience , Napa came and ask us to remove the steep that we had so we are working on another solution .
