Excellent location, central to the aquarium, and shopping. We were greeted by valet staff and upon entering had a smooth check-in, though it would have been helpful to be informed of basic hotel and room amenities (restaurant, bar, pool, gym, etc)- a Small but important detail that sets good service from great service. Room was clean and had nice toiletries and a nespresso machine. We faced Cannery Row so there was some street noise in the morning but not enough to disturb us. The pool and jacuzzi were so small, it was almost like an after thought . Our son enjoyed it but I wouldn’t call it a pool- more like a wide swim lane. We tried some drinks from the C Restaurant bar and they were expensive and tasty. We’ve stayed here a few times and service is good, rooms are clean and comfortable (except the pillows are way too soft for us). We like the location which is a big reason we come back and will stay again.

Valet parking is absolutely worth it, the property is super walkable and there are so many pedestrians milling around. The front desk staff is incredibly thoughtful; they offered me extra water when I checked in, and a free (very nice) umbrella during an unexpected rain shower. Very nice, upscale property. I'd stay here again.

When we arrived the staff working outside did not acknowledge us nor were they accommodating to help us with our luggage. So work on having friendly staff that like what they do.

Beautiful hotel so convenient was able to walk to everything. Just park the car and forgot about it for a couple of days from the ocean this wonderful all of the staff were great. We are definitely coming back.

Great place for a visit to Cannery Row. Nice restaurants within walking distance and the Aquarium is just a very short walk. We stayed in a water view room and could watch the sea otters at play. Parking is a bit pricey but I don’t think it’s any different than other places in the area.

Had the best time with our family. It’s so family friendly. Loved the heater pool and hot tub. So convenient to the other shops and restaurants. Would love to come back!!

This was not a good experience. I arrived at 5pm and there were food services dishes outside of my room door. Checkout is supposed to be 11am so it seemed like those dishes must have been sitting there all day. I got settled in with my kids and someone came to the door and insisted on coming in to count items in the mini fridge. It made my children and me ( a single mom) extremely uncomfortable. On top of that we were put in a room very far away from everything. It was actually on the other side of the street next to a parking garage. I won’t be coming back.
