We actually do provide coffee for all of our gust in the lobby all day, I am sorry you didn't see it in our small lobby when you checked in. We hope you give us another opportunity when you come back to visit Monterey.

We really appreciate your comments. We take pride in the service we provide our guests and are glad to hear you found it pleasing. We are pet friendly, as you know, and we do ask our guests to make sure their pets are quiet enough to let other enjoy their night sleep. We do apologize you had to deal with this situation. Next time, please make sure to let us know so we can solve this issue right away.

We do our best to let our guest know our quiet hours, which are from 9pm to 9am, to assure everyone a good night sleep, however there are some things that are out of our hands. Our location is ideal for visitors since we are close to the most popular tourists attractions in town all while being on a quite street. You were lucky enough to come visit us during one of the most popular events of the year, Car Week, which is the reason why you might have heard some noise outside later in the evening!
