Weird but Worthwhile
The room was nicer than expected. It was also quiet, a surprise given the number of solo working men in residence. Not sure what happened to the free WiFi and breakfast that were advertised. And some strange woman stood outside my room and yelled “Tamales, tamales, tamales” for ten minutes at about 8:30 p.m. Other than that, the place was comfortable, spacious and quiet.

Didn't like anything except desk staff courteous and friendly. The room reeked of disinfectant and walking barefoot in room our feet became dirty. Too much light shines into room at night. The outside areas had trash on sidewalk and messy. Web site included breakfast and NO breakfast is being served. I was shocked this is a Best Western property as I mostly stay at BW and generally think they are good.

The place was great! I would say it is one step below a Marriott. It is also near a few fast-food restaurants in case you get hungry at night.

I stayed here for work and was put in room 110 which was a nice remodeled room,the next week I was in room 106 not so nice of a room but I didn’t complain and stayed in the room,hopefully next time I’ll get a room similar to room 110.Overall a pleasant quiet stay a very nice lady at the front desk.

Nicely decorated but poorly maintained. Beard hair in/around sink. Grime in corners of room. Holes in the walls and broken towel rack. Smoke detector wrapped in plastic. Filthy chair. Spots on floor that I wiped away with wet toilet paper. Coffee pot would not turn on. No breakfast pack provided even though listed in Expedia posting. Issues raised but not acknowledged or addressed by management. Could be a decent place if they tried harder.

Overall very good
Room was very clean. It smelled cleaned. Bed not very comfortable but a 3 out of 5 star . Parking was easy right out front of our room. The staff was super nice ..easy check in and out. Will stay there every time we come to visit our family.

Nice location
Just 45 minutes from Pinnacles National Park, this was a great location. The staff was friendly and everything looked ok on check in. Unfortunately, the beds were just not very comfortable. The rooms felt like a mis match of eras, super old microwave but LED lighting and light switches; LCD TV but super old cabinetry in the bathroom. The heat was not turned on in the room prior to arrival so it was really cold. There was a thermostat on the wall but it did not work and the wall unit was the control. No instructions were given on this. The bathroom was oddly shaped with the sink inside (uncommon for hotels). No body soap or lotion was provided. No conditioner was available. Random rusty screws were sitting on the counter in the bathroom. Two doors of the cabinets were missing under the sink. The shower pressure was nice and the water was hot. The pillows were comfortable and the temperature stayed where we wanted it all night so the insulation was good. No noise complaints and best of all, they are taking care of a couple stray cats who are adorable! Overall, worth a stay if you're going to the park, but if you're looking for a nice comforting stay, you may want to look elsewhere.

Too many field workers living there. They were yelling and whistling like idiots across the parking lot all night, chasing the stray cats, partying loud, just being stupid. Shouldn’t be allowed.

A little sketchy at first but honestly a great stay. The room was big clean and comfortable. It was the right location to visit pinnacle from either entrance.

Deceiving, they advertise with complimentary breakfast posted on their ads even outside the office. They should have just take the sign down. Their reason is because of Covid - 19. The fridge in my room 248 doesn’t work and it stinks inside. There are some hairs in the bathtub.

Overall it wasn’t bad. The rooms seemed clean. We had to switch rooms twice because the TV remotes weren’t working. The room we ended up with had a shower that didn’t drain right so the water would get backed up a bit. There’s a lot of field workers that stay there so there was a lot of noise really early In the morning like 4am on Friday morning. Aside from that it did the job. We were gone all day and would go back to sleep.

Great service clean room comfy stay.
It was goo i got there the lady was there to assist me right away and had me to my room. I had done it online had no problem cozy king sized bed. Only thibg was it squeaked a little bit but all ini all good.

I was pleasantly surprised. This hotel is in a really nice/safe area, Starbucks and McDonald’s across the street. Right by the freeway but No Freeway noise. This is not some ghetto hotel. This is a really nice little still on the way to Pinnacles.

We arrived on Thursday and stayed until Sunday. When we left the room , about 10am on Friday we expected the room to be cleaned and new towels. When we got back about 9pm the room had not been touched. When i called the front desk i was told that i would have to come to the front desk if wanted clean towels. I was also told they would adjust my bill, however when i checked out on Sunday they said they couldn't because i booked through Expedia. Then on Saturday night when we got back to the room the floor was soaked around the entryway and heater. We called the front desk once again . They told us it was because we left the heater on. Once again they didnt bring towels or anything to clean or dry the floor..

Fake advertisement looks so different in pictures. Huge space next to bed which makes the room feel so empty. Hair on bed sheets that was clearly not ours. Shower has no light above it so it you can’t even see clearly. Old furniture. Staff also doesn’t listen when it comes to asking for things. Asked for a hair dryer and never even had it delivered. Nothing about this place was redeeming.
