el check inn fue demasiado lento, a pesar de haber llegado a las 3:30pm, tarde 45 minutos haciendo fila. elevadores son muy tardados, ademas de que uno no estaba en servicio. en general en el hotel se nota que es viejo y falta actualizarse

Nice hotel for 1-2 days stay
Nice hotel, clean, old facilities. Called after we left to check on a lost earring - were told they would check and call us back - they never did .

安全な地域にあるというだけの古いホテル
「一番安全」という客先の指定で泊まったが、全体的に古く、部屋も古く清潔感を感じない、価格も高い。一時期より安全になったので別の地域のもっと新しくて快適なホテルに泊まりたい。ホテルから徒歩1分に大きなショッピングモールがあり、近場での買い物・食事には困らない。空港から車で込んでなければ30-40分。

Muy buena elección
Muy buen servicio en lo general.Las habitaciones son bastante amplias y muy cómodas. Buena comida en el Restaurante, el desayuno buffet súper completo, con mucha variedad y la atención del personal es excelente.

No cuenta con wi-fi gratis
Exactamente eso del wi-fi gratis, le pone la nota super mala que me querían cobrar 110 pesos por dia por el internet, esto definitivamente tienen que arreglarlo por la categoría de hotel que ostentan y considerando que el internet es accesible en esta zona. ni que estuviéramos en Brasil o Cuba!! Creo que es suficiente razón para no volver a este hotel, hay mucha competencia cerca.

Inconvenientes en un prestigiado hotel.
bien a pesar de algunos inconvenientes, en mi habitación la 428 no había caja de seguridad, lo reporté y muy amables me enviaron una pero nunca sirvió estaba descompuesta así es que no me sirvió de nada. después tenía que asistir a un evento familiar en la colonia del Valle muy cerca del hotel, abordé un taxi de los que están asignados para el hotel, y nos perdió, no supo como llegar, a pesar de que le pregunté antes si sabía y me contestó afirmativamente, la dirección era la correcta y tuvimos que recurrir al GPS de mi nieta que me acompañaba, sugiero que todos los taxis, lleven ya GPS para evitar esas situaciones. Por otro lado, solo el primer día encontré café para hacer en la habitación, los otros días no, de que sirve tener cafetera en la habitación si no dejan lo necesario para hacerlo?

City hotel convenient for San Augustin tennis club
Hotel is in need of serious make-over given the prices they are charging. Decor is dated; bedroom had clearly not been refreshed for sometime with obvious grime baked-into doors, walls, bath etc. For the duration of our stay (5 days) there was a leak in the ceiling of the hallway which had been attempted to be fixed only for the following morning to have the ceiling tile on the floor with a leakage ongoing. The pool is not appropriate for exercise; the changing rooms not great and no outdoor pool! The bottom line is that the hotel is overpriced for what is being offered.

Not Worth $200/Night
The hotel is undergoing a desperately needed renovation. The facilities are very tired and dated. The cheap floral air freshener (trying to make up for as lack of flowers) in the lobby is nauseating. The once "elegant" wood trim that adorns the hotel shows chips and multiple coats of brown paint. The mirror in the bathroom had age stains and the metal drain showed light rust. This hotel was a decent 4 stars when I was there 5 years ago. Now it is 3 stars. It's just not a nearly $200/night hotel. Check back in late 2016.

ok for short stay
room needed painting. walls dirty, shower head barely workable. nice lobby but everything else needs some maintenance. certainly not up to usual Intercontinental standards. Said they would email me copy of bill but that didn't happen.

Old and tired hotel and rooms
For the price, the quality is not good. The rooms are old and rundown. The beds are horribly uncomfortable and sheets not soft like the competitive hotels. I would not stay here again at this price. It doesn't appear that they have put any money into this hotel in quite a long time. For the record, I am on the road about 200 days/yr, so am comparing this hotel to others I stay at around the same price range. In Monterrey, stay at the Quinta Real, Safi or Camino Real (in this order) before this property. I stayed here only because the other hotels were full.

Hotel with aging infrastructure.
I stayed during mid May 2015 for 2 nights. The Hotel location next to a Mall and restaurant is good and convenient, But you can find better and newer hotels nearby for a better value. It is time for the hotel to invest in the infrastructure. The carpets around the room’s hallways and rooms. My first night I stayed at a Jr Suite: The suite did not have a mini bar refrigerator, the toilet will tip over to left and right as it was not bolted to the floor. The bathtub drain was clogged and the water will not drained fast enough. This is not a "4 stars" hotel. I will rate it at a 2.5 stars based on this stay alone. You can find better choices in the area. In fact I spent my last night in Monterrey at the NH Collections a few blocks away and the NH offered a 4 stars experience at a better value.

OK, needs renovation.
OK hotel with good service. Quite old and needs a renovation. Too expensive for a hotel this old without being renovated. Can find newer hotels, although simpler, for half the price close by.

Not bad, overpriced for its condition though
This hotel needs to be remodeled as it is old and clearly looks aged both from the outside and the inside. The staff was nice enough I suppose, but they could use some improvement in interpersonal communication with the customers. All in all my stay was good. Also the pool table needs to be cleaned and none of the pool cues had tips so playing was impossible.

My favorite in Monterrey
They treated me very well. I paid for the cheapest room and they gave me the best one. I've stayed here many times and it is better then any of the hotels across the street and they have a view that isn't blocked by buildings.

Pésimo servicio
nunca contestan en el telefono de asistencia ni en la recepción. Tuve que llamar 3 diferentes ocasiones para que me trajeran una almohada. Lo logren 1.5 despues de la primera llamada. Los empleados en la recepción no muestran sonrisa nunca. como que te hacen un favor por atenderte.

excelente fin de semana muy confortable
Una excelente estancia atencion de primera, habitacion confortable y mucha tranquilidad, solo que algunas partes del hotel un poco deteriodadas como los pasillos,las alfombras. Pero en general muy bueno
