Highly recommended. Safe, quiet and clean. Bed was sooo comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. 6 miles from the new Civil Rights Museums.

Room was nice and clean just a little dated. For what it's worth I got excellent sleep which I don't normally get on even very high end hotels. The gentleman at check in was very nice, even apologizing for doing his job taking a reservation on the phone while I was waiting to check in. Room maid was very kind as well. Breakfast was very good. Outdoor pool was not in service but not normally something I take advantage of anyway. It's a very busy part of town traffic wise which of course is just the nature of the location. Got two rooms, one for myself and one for my senior parents and they both said they slept well and enjoyed breakfast too. I believe the tenant at check in might be one of the owners as well. As I said above, he was very courteous and treated me kindly and with a smile which was appreciated after a long day of travel. Good on him and I hope to revisit this hotel on my return journey home.

Just A Drink Of Water Pls!
It a return visit as a Travel Nurse. 1st I was surprised that each of my 4 nights cost $20.00 more than a few wks ago w/low occupancy. My room was on 1st floor and the sides and bottom of front door were so exposed light glared in all night. Between coffee table and sofa was a huge maroon stain that I chose to imagine was red wine and not a crime scene! One 12hr night shifts I came bk after bfast and went to lobby for snack purchase. There’s a sign aside snacks clearly stating options such as sandwiches and even a burger)with prices listed) were available behind desk just ask receptionist. Well, I asked and she looked at me as if I were insane. I pointed to sign repeating why I was asking and she smilingly just nodded no. I nicely suggested one might remove the sign if it wasn’t available (never was removed). Okay so I purchased an enormous amt of muscle milk and junk food. She suggested that I order something to b delivered and I explained I was pressed for time. I’m also a female traveling alone, staying on a ground floor hotel room in an unsafe area to save $. I decided to use the work out room this visit. It was bright and clean w/a functional treadmill. It had a tv and clicker but it was nonfunctional. Afterwords, walking bk to my room I passed the cooler w/snacks and drinks to purchase AGAIN but no worries I only wanted the free water from a tall square beveled glass container w/plastic cups nxt to it. Yep, it was completely empty and I was very dehydrated!

Cozy Convenance!
Location was perfect for my hospital nursing traveling assignment. First two rooms had issues but 3rd room change was perfection! I loved my cozy room w/divided sofa-den space separated from sleep area. Friendly staff and free bfast room was convenient. Definitely would recommend and will revisit again!

Panhandler standing by the door and later sitting in the lobby. Staff didn’t care she was in the lobby and she was high from the dugs she got after asking for money. Probable drug deal happening in front of hotel. What looked like a hooker and her client in the hall by the elevator. If I had not already paid and if I hadn’t been so tired, I would have left. The room looked clean but it had a funky smell. The only good thing was the bed was comfortable.

First room not clean
Checkin went good but when I got to room 108 it had a musty smell, the floor was filthy and looked like blood stains was on the carpet. The bed covers was nasty so I went and got the girl at the front desk. She sprayed it but you could still smell it. I asked for another room but she said they was full so my wife and myself left for the store. When I got back I asked the girl to let me speak to the manager. She called him told him what I said about the room. He told her to give me another room but remember she had told me they were full. So she gave us room 110 that room was a totally different room clean and all. I will not be back

Had an amazing experience at this location. The room was perfect. Beds were clean and comfortable. I had a great night of sleep. The staff was very accommodating to an error I made when I booked the room. Highly highly recommended.

Dirty, an awful syringe citrus smell in room to cover up stank. Bed covers were stained. Beds sunk in the center. Carpets stained. Breakfast area very dirty and food was not great. The overall feel was uncomfortable.

Good Hotel for Softball Tournaments at Lagoon
Good Hotel with friendly staff. It is good to be close to lagoon Park but the location for anything else really isn't great. The price was good.

Horrible experience. 1. Front desk unwelcoming, while checking in the young lady answered the phone, clearly with someone who access to surveillance because she started talking about me. 2. She gave me one room key, I asked for another to which she said “anything more than two adults is extra. I brought my wife and children but I guess to her my children look like adults. 3. My room smelled awful, musty and moldy 4. Spoiled Milk, waffles were made with spoiled milk. My wife and I along with another young lady discussed it with each other. 5. Pool was closed, it’s clear they aren’t interested in repairing 6. Those folks are cutting corners like crazy which is why service is horrible

Nice two nights!
Except for a mildly distracting curtain hanging partially off the rod the room was more than I expected. Beds were comfortable, room was very clean, staff was very accommodating. Would stay again.

There were homeless people on the property when we arrived late at night and then they used the pool the next morning while we were there. Not a big deal, but the property was easily accessible by non-guests. The fitness facility was a joke. None of the three pieces of equipment - treadmill, stationary bike, and nautilus machine - worked properly, and the treadmill and nautilus didn’t work at all.

Ok in a pinch
The room was large but this hotel is not in a good neighborhood. Staff was nice but the breakfast area was a train wreck. I had to go ask for tables and the counter to be cleaned. Someone has smeared stick syrup or jelly on the front of one of the chairs so of course, I got it all over my pants leg. Close to cheap gas at Sam’s Club.
