직원들이 정말 친절해요. 교통이 편리해요. 조식이 좋아요. TV 가 고화질로 나와요 미국내 여러 Inn 을 다녀봤는데 가격대비 조아요.. 2일 밤 3일 낮 있었어요.

It was ok
We arrived late, Not the best part of town. Got propositioned by a fellow driving through the parking lot while I was standing at the window trying to check in. The building is old, The mattress was disgusting but the sheets were clean and it didn't see any bugs so that's a bonus. No towels I think you have to pay for them at the desk, because I think they get stolen. For a place to rest your head in the middle of a road trip, it sufficed.

Noisy environment with people coming in and out.
Although the room was clean, the towels were very dingy, and had black streaks throughout. I had to ask for a face washcloth since the 1 towel wasn't clean to me. The clerk required a $30.00 deposit even after paying the full amount. The deadbolt lock didn't work but the door did lock with the door handle. I wouldn't stay here again!! I wasn't able to study due to loud noises all night, man used a chainsaw at 12 midnight for an hour in front of room door.

Would not recommend.
My check out was quick and easy plus television was nice and new. Beyond that, unfortunately, I had a negative experience. If I had not already paid and it was so late, I would have left. The room was in bad shape. The bed sheet had holes for one. I only had one towel and wash cloth with a bar of soap. No shampoo ect. There was a mini fridge, but it was unplugged so not usable for an hour or so. Thankfully I was only there for the night.

The front desk guy was the rudest I've ever seen. They don't provide towels. They don't clean the rooms. The overcharged my card. They didn't want to give my deposit back because they didn't want to sweep my room and I had to clean my own room to get my deposit. Then they tried to keep part of my deposit for saying I checked out late after I cleaned my room. They are scamming. This use to be an actual decent place. Been going here for years on my stops and travels through here. This has been the worst stay. BY FAR!!

Do not stay here. It may save your life!
I tried to contact Hotels . Com but couldn’t the drug dealers along to the music and loud vehicles playing music and also we had to pay a deposit that was not on the website that inconvenienced us. My husband and I had to share a washcloth and a towel because they said there wasn’t anymore till morning. When I called down to desk in morning the new person on said we got one towel for 1 guest but ended up giving us a spare. Every hotel had more then one towel . An iron and no smoking they asked did we smoke I said I got a nonsmoking room Ofcourse we did not. I’ll never stay this place again too many people living their And not being able to take a shower really pissed me off. Also the men and women walking around this place looked creepy. White man checkin in in front of me changed his room because it smelled. We should have just left but I payed in full online. Short notice on a Saturday evening hotels are hard to find for a good price well I should have went somewhere else. This place is like a bad dream. Freddy Kreuger or Jason’s house to say the least.

The room was horrible. It smelled of stale cigarette smoke and the bathroom door was falling apart. There was just 1 stained towel and 1 washcloth for 2 guest. I asked the front desk clerk for additional towels and was told they did not have any.

This was a terrible stay...the outside has all kinds of people walking around standing beside their cars yelling....busy place.....the room looked nice at first then upon closer look.......wall had patches and unfinished painted surfaces....water wasn't hot ....tv has a crack all the way down the screen....I got out of my cold shower and was wiping water from the floor and it literally turned their white towel black that's how gross it was ......

The staff was great but the room was unkept and the bed had crumbs in the bed but the housekeeper supposedly had just cleaned the room. While she was there I also had to ask for towels, I was told by another housekeeper that the towels were just coming out of the dryer but the hk for my room said there were none. omg then there where dead roaches in the fridge and bathroom. and on the counter where the tv was. Then there where two fights outside of my room. Jesus kept me.

The staff was friendly. The room had no towels, no soap no shampoo, no waste basket, et cetera. It was as if the room was not ready for guests. Plus the ice machine did not work.

I checked out at 9am and I had to come back near 12pm to receive my cash deposit. Also, something in the bed was bitting me, there was no trash can, and the room was not clean.

Had to check in at a walk up plexiglass window, beds were stained with who knows what, floors were filthy, the bathroom sink was broken, bathroom door wouldn't close. People selling drugs in the parking lot.

Much less than ideal
When I arrived, I was given a key to a room with a broken door that could not be entered. Then the next room I was given was filthy, as if it was still being lived in. The towels were all used and stained, the bed was undone with a ripped and dirty blanket, the fridge did not work, there was holes and moldy looking spots on the wall. All night there was shouting, yelling, slamming doors, and overall noise pollution. As well as being accosted by the other clientele staying there asking for weed and money. Only stay as a last resort, true definition of a no tell motel.

Horrible stay

Not a fit place to stay in. Not clean.
I DID NOT STAY!!! The hotel looks nothing like the advertisement!! Sent me first to a room that was SMOKING and I requested NO SMOKING (couldn’t get in room but everyone was as sitting outside smoking and getting high); 2nd room reeked of urine and the lights never turned on. Returned the key and left. Never even got the overnight bag out of the automobile!! It was shameful!!

Be careful
The room was horrible. The first room had bugs, sheets were dirty, no pillows. We were moved but still terrible experience, no towels, and housekeeping did not even take out the trash. My husband asked and was told to go dump it n the big dumpster! Location was horrible as well!

The sheets and blanket had holes in them and were stained. The heat didn’t work. There was no hot water. The room looked as if someone was moving out. The bathroom had bare, exposed drywall. The towel was paper thin. Worst hotel stay ever.

Dirty and disgusting. First room toilet was full of s**t literally. Second room was already occupied. Third room was barely cleaned. Towels and sheets stained. The BUSINESS POLICY sucks because there is no mention of a DEPOSIT before PURCHASING A ROOM.It should be mentioned in the description for HOTELS.COM.The front desk guy wanted to argue about this situation because I mentioned it to him. The room was CLEAN but it had DIRTY TOWELS and MISSING LIGHT BULBS.The DESK was broken.THE OUTSIDE PREMISES were DIRTY. This is a TRUE HOTEL for THE HOMELESS.

The rooms were filthy, dirty soiled linen, toilets broken. It looks nothing like the picture on the website. I will never stay there again. I didn't even get the rooms I paid for. Terrible place to stay.

You get what you pay for I guess
I picked this motel because it had a good rating and was cheap but it was very disappointing. There was food and open drinks left in the fridge, stains everywhere like the curtains, bedding, even the tub and toilet which were also dirty. There were gnats flying everywhere and the tv was on the verge of breaking with the colors all messed up.

2 words. STAY AWAY or HELL NO!!! Trust me... or take my word for it. One of the worst experiences in my 38 years. I checked in and i immediately checked out even with being charged the night.
