This was by far the CLEANEST hotel room I've ever stayed in! The bed was super comfy, I actually slept and my back didn't brother me. The breakfast was so-so, nothing too exciting. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I was a little worried about staying here after reviewing some of the comments but I was proven wrong! I would stay here again without any hesitation.

Read reviews that said the beds were very comfortable and both mine and my partners backs are in pain today. The hot tub wasn’t working properly and the swimming pool was too warm. It’s like the pool and hot tub’s temperature of the water was swapped. Was looking forward to sitting in a nice hot tub for the price of $209 per night. I’m very disappointed in our stay.

We are truly sorry that the pump for the hot tub failed at some point during the day on Friday and we were unable to get a plumber in to make repairs at that time. The pool is kept at a constant 84-86 degrees and upon daily testing it was at that temperature the entire weekend but we are sorry you did not find that to your liking. Our beds are Sealy pillow top mattresses built specifically for Best Western Hotels and are less than one year old but yes, their comfort is subject to personal preference.

I was very pleased with the room. Only thing I would recommend is an updated shower head, but other than that, I loved the place.

Really great staff and facility! We arrived at 2am, after 15 hrs of driving, the gentleman checking us in was kind, personable and cheery. Comfortable bed, clean room and Great choice of breakfast menu. We would definitely recommend!

The staff at the front desk was very pleasant. They gave restaurant recommendations and asked about our trip. They made sure there was coffee ready for us for our early morning checkout. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

Just ok and probably won't stay again
Not quite as expected given other reviews. Rates were a little high for very average rooms, and bathrooms weren't very clean.

Would Stay Again
It was a nice hotel overall. Breakfast is free, but you are "served" your food. I've never been to a hotel with free breakfast where I have to tell the breakfast staff what I want to eat. So awkward. She was very nice, but still. The fan in the bathroom doesn't work so the room was extremely humid. The pool was quite cold but better than the Super 8 next door. The hot tub was dirty. The coffee machine was awesome and available at all hours - but the chocolate milk is "hot chocolate" as it is not cold at all. The door to our room did not shut easily and we returned to our door being open. A lady outside was arrested when we first arrived. The walls are very thin.

There was a $25 non-refundable charge for "incidentals" that I wasnt aware of - unpleasant surprise. The continental breakfast was not self-serve. The eggs were terrible, but the person working at breakfast was friendly. We were there fpr an event 4 miles away in another town. After the event, my husband needed to shower. We had plenty of time to do this prior to checkout, my daughter left the room to get water and overheard the housekeeping staff talking about us and how we hadn't checked out yet and we were running out of time. At that point we still had 15 minutes prior to checkout. However, my toddler son left one of his toys in the room and they did take it to us in the parking lot which was very nice of them. The hotel and room was very clean which is always a perk

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The personal service at breakfast was unexpected but very nice. Restaurant and fast food and car services were very close by.

Everyone working was so nice and welcoming, in the bathroom shower curtain was so short that water sprayed water everywhere and toilet was leaking and made noise all night, other than that the room was really clean and would stay again.

This is a very nice hotel. We checked in after 1am and there were loud people across the hall and the staff came dowm immediately after we alerted them and put an end to it. Tough we didnt get to use it, the pool is big and very nice. Giant hot tub too. Breakfast was good too. Id stay here again!
