Travelled for a sick relative and the hotel was quiet clean and the beds were comfy!! Loved the fresh hot coffee early in the morning and the breakfast was just perfect Will stay again!

The breakfast was not good. For the amount of money they charge, very poor quality. No real oatmeal, no hard boiled eggs, no microwave in the breakfast area, no cookies on the Friday evening out in the general area by the coffee. Keys did not work on second day. No gym on site,

I am sorry you hear you were disappointed in your stay. We do have oatmeal packets and hot water but do not offer it premade. I am sorry cookies were not out and you had issues with your key. We do not have a gym onsite but do a have access to Fitness Evolution a full workout center in the community. Save travels.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The property was one of the cleanest that I’ve stayed at. All-around great experience.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. I agree that smoking out front is not appealing and while we try to get them to move to the pool porch they always find their way to the patio. I am very sorry.

My husband and I checked in for a 5 night stay. I had quite a bit to unpack and the closet cutout had 6 or 7 hangers, so I called the front desk and asked if we could please have more hangers. I was abruptly told "no"! After a long first day at a family reunion and a bit jet lagged, we came back to our room to find it had not been touched. The bed was unmade, the wet towels were where I left them on the floor, and the wastebaskets were full. I went to the front desk to complain. The night employee looked on the cleaning schedule and said it wasn't on the schedule, and she gave me some clean towels after I requested them. She told me to speak to the manager in the morning. When my husband and I went to talk to the manager, her response was that they only clean the rooms every 3 days!!! She was very arrogant, but because we were so angry, she finally asked if we would like cleaning service every day. We had booked 5 nights and, of course, we said yes. If not, I would've found another hotel. If the hotel was truly trying to conserve on water, they could still have someone make up the bed, empty the wastebaskets and clean up the bathroom and have towel racks in the bathroom to hang up a wet towel. We booked a "suite", which I'm still unsure why it was called a suite. Fortunately, we were busy all day every day and spent limited time in our room.

Quiet. Small (not many rooms—nice) Personable receptionist; professional presence. CLEAN room. No smell of industrial cleansers—thank you for that. Nice breakfast area. I don’t come to this area often, but would choose to stay here if and when I did. Not your typical mid-range American hotel.

I like this property. I thought there were bed bugs. I was waking up with bites in my thigh and only on my thigh. I told them and they promptly had the pest control come out and inspect. To be honest the Super 8 next to them definitely had them. I went in the super 8 lifted the bed and saw them crawling. Took me 4 minutes from the time I checked in to identify them. So when I was noticing bites at the country inn I was shocked. The pest control guy came quickly ruled out bed bugs at country inn. I was just so pleased that they were nice and understanding about the situation and knew I needed piece of mind. They acted quickly.

We stayed and the Buffalo Country Inn and Suites because of the location for the purpose of our visit It is not a 4 star, but a very decent basic hotel. We only encountered one unfortunate incident with a member of staff. We had a problem with the heater in the room and Emma was very rude and unkind about it. However, later another employee, I believe she was the manager, took care of it and was wonderful about it. We also found moldy fruit in the fruit bowl for breakfast. The breakfast was ok. If we have to go back, we'd stay there again.

Clean! Very helpful and friendly staff. We enjoyed the pool and it was perfect water temperature. I do not like most hotel pools as they’re too cold. We will definitely stay here again!

Wildly expensive for a budget hotel
We paid more than 200/night (more than we pay for much nicer hotels) that have elevators, functioning hot tubs, and pools that kids are allowed to use. Our room was on the second floor--the lack of elevator was an unwelcome surprise. We were there with several other families. Kids weren't allowed in the pool after 10--even with adults. Hot tub (which oddly is the featured photo for this hotel) was broken. Will never stay here again, or recommend.

I am disappointed you were not happy with your stay. The staff try's to accommodate 1st floor requests within their ability. I am sorry you hit us on a weekend after the spa filter burst. The parts are on order and will be fixed in 5 days.

My daughter did not see most of the items for the breakfast bar because they were behind the desk. A sign in the breakfast room would have been helpful. it was very overpriced.
