The location and facilities of the hotel are excellent. It was convenient to use the heated pool, but it was rather deep for young children because the depth of the pool was up to 1m80cm. The only disappointment was that the heated pool was not warm enough in winter. If it was a little warmer, it would have been better to use it. Despite the fact that the restaurant in the hotel was closed according to the government restrictions under the Covid-19 increasing rate (take out only), room service was provided, so it was convenient to use it. Self-parking is as well possible underground, and it was convenient because they issued tickets that allows customers to enter and exit the parking lot with your vehicle freely while staying at the hotel.

We had a great stay, the location was perfect for us as a home base to explore Montreal for the first time! Unfortunately the property is undergoing some construction so it wasn't always the quietest, and some of the hallways looked older and a little worse for wear, although very clean, and the WiFi was quite slow in the rooms. Apart from those small issues our stay was lovely, the pool was nice and the hot tub was lovely to relax in, the room was comfortable and clean and the staff were all extremely helpful and lovely

My son loved watching the trains and swimming in the heated outdoor pool. Only negatives were we had to carry roller bags up a few stairs and it was confusing where to get towels for the pool. But overall, great hotel.

Easy in and out, fit the bill for a show at Centre Bell! Fun to use the outdoor pool! Bar area not that welcoming with lighting but seemed more like a conference space then hotel you want to hang out in the lobby areas. Good stay!

The outdoor heated pool was a fantastic way to end the day after all the walking around and sight seeing. Great location. Staff is helpful and friendly and it is very clean and unique hotel.

Always enjoy our stay. Clean rooms, great service and love the pool and hot tub. Walkable distance to shopping and bell centre. Great for families.

This is a cool hotel due to the swim area, however it is run down in areas (although construction is occurring). I wish the pool was open later and maybe had adult only hours. The location is great if you’re going to the Bell Center as it’s accessible underground. The bedding also isn’t great. Staff was nice and the pros outweigh the cons, I’d stay here again.

Excellent location within walking distance to shopping. Beautiful outdoor space with heated pool and hot tub. Would return.

hotel mak isolé au sons... impossible de bien dormir on entendait les voisins da côte comme si il etais dans notre chambre avec nous... le stationnement qui est independent de lhotel coûte 27 $ a chaque fois que vous voulez revenir a lhotel je déconseille passé votre chemin

Nous avions reservé une chambre superieur pour notre séjour. Malheureusement, Notre Chambre etait dans un secteur en rénovation de l'hotel. De plus pour nous rendent à notre chambre avec nos valises il fallait utiliser des escaliers et descendre un étage, aucun assenceur pour acceder directement à la chambre. Il y avait du tapis dans la chambre et lorsque nous marchions pieds nues, il y avait des clous qui retiennent le tapis qui nous entraient sous les pieds dans un endroit tres passant de la chambre.Le wifi de l'hotel est plus faible que dans les hotels de Cuba. Nous sommes à Montreal en 2024 en plein centre-ville, c'est tout a fait inacceptable d'offrir à sa clientelle un réseau internet aussi pauvre. La piscine exterieur chauffée et l'emplacement de l'hotel sont tres bien, Malheureusement les chambres et les couloirs de tapis nous transportent comme le réseau wifi au siecle dernier. Je pense que pour le prix que nous avons payés, nous etions en droit d'avoir une meilleure qualité de chambre.
