위치는 정말 좋은데 청결상태와 아침식사가 별로 입니다 오래된 호텔이지만 다운타운과 인접한 지역에 가격은 저렴한편입니다.

Dégueu
La cafetière était dégueulasse. En fait, le déjeuner était dégueulasse. La fenêtre menant à la cours arrière nous donnait une vue sur un paquet de déchets. Le gars derrière le comptoir donnait un service minimal et répondait peu à nos questions. La chambre était bien par contre.

Asked for an extra pillow, as the pillows are very thin. Was rudely told we already had 3 and that was enough. Wifi didn’t work, was told it only works in some rooms. Dirty room. Breakfast was fine but no covid safety measures in place. Maskless staff. Can’t recommend. Pricey considering how bad it is.

Agréablement surpris!
Premièrement l'accueil à été impeccable, très amicale et détendue. Le personnel était courtois, polis et à l'écoute de nos besoin. L'hôtel est bien situé, notre chambre était d'abord très propre, et étonnamment spacieuse pour le prix. Ma copine et moi avons été satisfait à tout les niveaux.

Premierement as notre arriver nous avions pas la bonne chambre nous somme retourner as la reception changer de chambre as l'arrivée dans notre nouvelle chambre la toilette avais encore de lurine as l'intérieur du tape électriques sur les mur la baignoire avais pas ete lavez bref la chambre netais pas se que je m'attendais deplus il y as fallu que je paie 100$ de depot que le lendemain jai recuperer avec ma carte bancaire que lappareil as identifier approuver mes que jattend toujours mon depot

We need more pet friendly hotels
This was the first time I’ve ever stayed in a pet friendly hotel & was very pleased with the whole experience. I wish I had worked in a hotel like this when I was younger, pet people are much more relaxed than your regular business traveller.

Scent was an issue
There was a heavy smell throughout the building that best I can describe was like cigarette ash? I use a cpap machine to sleep, and the first night back home it took awhile to air out the scent of the hotel from the tube and mask.

Des chambres d'une propreté douteuse et certains clients sous l'effet de drogues trainant dans les couloirs et sans protection de masques s'approchant du personnel et des clients , incluant moi-même, de façon agressive et non-sécuritaire, Même avec un avertissement au propriétaire, ce dernier a toléré avec comme résultat des clients n'ayant été capable de dormir a cause des aboiements d'un chien ou des cris provenant des chambres et corridors, A mon .étage cela semble plus a une clientèle d'individus œuvrant dans le domaine de la prostitution

The check-in had bad service and lack of explanation. The room was very dirty with bad smells. They have holes in the wall, no wire attached to the phone, bad wifi almost non-existant. The shower had holes in the walls and had mold. Would not recommend to anyone even for a low budget this was a bad overall hotel.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de todos los lugares de interes. verificar antes que el telefono funcione, la television, en mi caso me dicuenta muy tarde. tienen problemas con las tarjetas de las habitaciones si se bloquean no se extrañen. En general es un hotel que su precio es de acuerdo al servicio. Dice desayuno incluido, donde este es un cafe pan o un begel. asi que no se hagan falsas expectativas sobre un super desayuno.

Property is not as we expected. No proper cleanliness, no management even wifi wasn't working even complaining they just ignored. And there were mices innyhe room due to that our new clothes, snacks got tored by mice. It was horrible experience.

Worst experience ever. The manager didn’t help us at all. The hotel was not clean everything were smelling. The pillows and blankets were dirty they look like someone smash their sperm on it.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación respecto al centro de Montreal. Está bien para quedarse un fin de semana porque el servicio no es muy bueno. Nunca pasaron hacer limpieza a la habitación en el tiempo que estuve, las cobijas y sábanas olían a cigarro, lo cual es una sensación desagradable. Las mesas utilizadas para desayunar, no las limpian seguido, por eso, normalmente había restos de migajas y mermelada en las mesas, situación no muy buena en tiempos de COVID.

Dont go there
The room was not available for the check-in, so the stay was cancelled at the counter. Apart of that, everything was stinky and dirty, and a couple was fighting in the corridor.

Good location but poor service
Good things: good location, room is clean, near subway and lot of stores Bad things: 1. our bags and food was missing when we came back in the evening, looks like receptionist made a mistake in booking. We had to carry out two large bags and clothes back to the room, they didn't even offer help even the mistake is theirs. We had one full bag of snacks and some food that was missing. 2. We wanted to warm up some food, found someone's food already in microwave, disgusted by how food was all splashed all over it. There comes the cleaning lady, it's her box. Highlight is that she didn't give a damn about cleaning it up. 3. Double charged by mistake, be very careful to make sure you are not losing money. 4. They say they have breakfast, don't expect anything more than cereal and bread

Horrible experience. Dirty and outdated. Hair dryer was broken, bed was broken, walls had holes in them. Staff was more interested in eating lunch then helping us. Saddest excuse for a hotel. Stay away!

Very slow and not professional manager. Wifi is extremely slow, as if it is not connected. Expedia should remove this property from their listings

It was worst experience ever. They have lost one of my reserved booking that we have booked via hotel.com and the owner/manager just said you go out we dont have it for you. He was very rude and instead of short things out as manager of the hotel he just hang the customer in air. I would not never recommend anyone or consider for my self to stay at hotel.com ever, not for even life time free membership… not at all. I saw there were 3-4 other customers also having the issues with their keys and assigned wrong room where someone already staying in there… Its security concern, I was about call police on that one.

Un peu triste, mais surtout sale.
Pour le prix je ne m'attendais pas à un palace, mais la chambre etait sale, sentait mauvais. Du coup, nous sommes partis en chambre fumeur qui sentait deja meilleur... Mouchoir au sol, miettes sur le lit dès l'arrivee, prise électrique défectueuse la 2e nuit. Quant au service reception, le service depend de la personne. Petit déjeuner ok, mais un tout petit peu de musique pourrait égayer l'ambiance. Endroit assez central.

DO NOT STAY HERE
This is is the WORST hotel ever. They did not keep our reservation and the proceeded to do nothing about it. There was a smashed bathroom door with hair in it, stains on the chair, gunk on the drapes and did not feel safe leaving items there. The beds looked like they would break if tou sat on them. We did not stay and they did nothing to accomodate or refund us. Clearly they take peoples money and give crap in return and refuse to give refunds. They should not be allowed to be called a hotel.The girl at the desk has 0 customer service experience and could care less about your comfort. I feel sorry for anyone who stays here. Luckily, we had means to upgrade to a real hotel. Im gonna report them to the hotel board because its just disgraceful to lie to people, mistreat them and offer horrible accomodations to your guests.

This hotel is decent in cleanliness but don't expect kind or competent service. Everything in the reviews is true. It works if you just need the bare minimum and don't expect luxury.
