We chose this hotel because we had our figs with us. We were put on the 2nd floor and the area to take our fogs to the bathroom is a park about a 1/2 block away. I didn’t feel safe taking the fogs out alone at night. Most hotels have a grassy area on the premises.

We love Grant hall and have been coming here for several years as we travel between Manitoba and Alberta. For the money, you can’t beat this level of luxury.

We got stuck in their elevator for almost 15 minutes. Staff didn't seem at all concerned even tho some of the people were visibly upset.

This hotel is Moose Jaw’s hidden gem! The staff are nothing short than amazing - always super courteous, friendly and helpful. The restaurant is excellent and the architecture of the building is exquisite!

The suite we stay in was extremely run down and the furniture had seen better day. The only lights in the suite was the bright ceiling light. The curtains in bedroom were see through and the whole night the street lights and noise from the street kept us awake. The bar , lounge is very nice, but unfortunately the bartender have no training. We order rhum and coke and old fashioned, and it’s not what we got… pretty basic drinks… Location is amazing! You can walk everywhere. Go check out the tunnels of Moose Jaw…extremely entertaining. Parking was easy. Maybe ask for a room on higher floors, away from street noise and lights. Also the foyer decor is pretty neat. We are glad we tried it after all.

We were told we would be able to check in an hour early, which we were able to do but the housecleaning staff was still cleaning our room. The communication between house keeping and the front desk is lacking.

We have been staying at the Grant Hall hotel for the past 7 yrs and it’s really gone downhill. The rooms are in desperate need of a renovation and maintenance. There were stains all over the carpet in our room. The furniture isn’t in great shape. We probably won’t stay here again, which is sad because it used to be our favorite hotel in Moose Jaw.

Verry nice historical hotel. I booked a Classic Queen which looked awesome on the pictures, but we travel with a service dog so I think we got not-the-nicest room they have available (smaller, not much decor…) but it was still a clean and comfortable room, and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was also delicious in the morning.

The hotel ambience feels like you are in the 1920s . The bathroom is quite small. The price is quite high and does not even come with free breakfast.

The reception staff were fantastic; so incredibly nice and welcoming. Would give them a 10/10 The restaurant staff…now that’s a different story. They were rude, fought over who would have to serve us, walked away and just left us waiting for a table, didn’t offer drink refills until we asked for the bill (at which point I think she was attempting to pretend to be a good waitress to get a tip) and borderline discriminative. Brought my daughter there for dinner for a princess experience but left with her questioning why they were so mean and didn’t treat us the same as the other diners. 0/10 Hotel is quite lovely to look at, the owner did a fabulous job renovating the place. Beds are horribly uncomfortable.

What a lovely hotel! A Gem really. Staff was friendly and helpful, its clean and the vibe is fantastic. Historical building, beautiful and within walking distance of lots of things. We really enjoyed our stay and would totally stay again. Parking was the only issue- it’s street parking only. But we stayed over the weekend so there was no cost.
