Cleaning needs to be improved. Rug was not vaccumed, toothpaste spashes on wall beside toilet, we were wondering if face towel had been used (it was not folded as others). Food spashes on curtain. Bed was confortable, but sofa needs to be replaced. Ladies at desk were nice.

We loved the room ,large and clean. The pool area was not as clean and was extremely humid. The hot tub didn't work and we found a child's toy plugging the filter. Because it was a Sunday, we kind of feel like there had been people in the pool area Saturday night and staff hadn't had a chance to properly service the area. The excellent appearance of the rest of the property gave us that impression.

Dina and Zack from house keeping are amazing .. they both made sure to follow up when i ask something. i had 4 kids with me so you already know I had messes and needed extra they both went above and beyond to make me feel more then just a quest in a hotel. it was a great experience and I can’t wait to go back.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The bathroom I had in my room alone is worth staying at the hotel for. The rooms are beautiful and the staff is fantastic! If you need anything, they will get it and they don't with a smile. If you have a chance to stay at this hotel, book it!!

one of the workers dani help my whole day due to car problems she heard me on the phone with a tow truck and came right over asking could she help. i was already upset trying to get 3 kids to settle she jumped my car for me and saved me money for that. the stay its self was nice the kids had alot of fun at the pool the breakfast was good we fid only stay one night but we enjoyed

The hotel was clean and well decorated. The rooms were spacious. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The water pressure in the shower was great. The couch in the hotel was quite uncomfortable and a bit dingy. The only other qualm about the room was the placement of the t.v. The staff were friendly and accomodating.

The property was poorly run for the most part. Supplies were is short supply (no towels, tissues, even do not disturb signs). Ice maker was out of order. Most, if not all of the staff members all were wearing AirPods - seems unprofessional. They could work on their communication. Requested late check out only to have housekeeping come in and claim that they were unaware of the late check out.

Disappointing stay
When we arrived at our room it was coolish, about 62 degrees. We turned on the heater but it it took hours to warm it up. Then the Wifi went out in the evening and only came back the next morning. After dinner we couldn’t get into the room as the card would not unlock the door. Three strikes - we won’t be staying there again.

It was a great stay for a family ski trip. Breakfast was amazing, pool/ hot tub nice soak after a day on the mountain, outdoor fire and hot chocolate bar little touches that made the trip. All of the staff was so welcoming and kind.

The room had a foul odor and was dirty with interesting stains on carpet, lamps, and beds. The receptionist told us that all rooms are like that. Breakfast was also very sad. I had to cancel my second night without refund so far.

During check in we were asked if we wanted Housekeeping and responded yes. Housekeeping did not come to our room once during our stay. We got all towels, toilet paper etc needed from the front desk. Garbage and recycling were severly overflowing by the time we left as we asked where we could put it and did not receive a response.

Hotel needs attention
Room in poor condition. One bed was completely warn out and the sleeper couch was in awful shape and torn. Room fixtures were broken. Also, hotel was super noisy, doors slamming and parties ongoing to early hours of the morning.
