The property is clean and the staff is very friendly. One thing I didn't like is that they don't offer late check out. I was told I would have to pay for a full night. But they do offer luggage keeping. I would stay again.

Por las fotos, el precio y las opiniones esperaba algo bastante mejor. Nos tocó una habitación en planta baja y sin balcón, y realmente esas no son las habitaciones que se promocionan en fotos. Parece que son más antiguas. Así que si te toca una de esas habitaciones podrías decepcionarte también. Por el precio que pagamos definitivamente no esperábamos que hubiera una cucaracha en la cafetera, que la bata de baño que proporcionan tuviera que ir a cambiarla porque tenía un cabello largo y un gusano. Que todas las toallas de baño estuvieran rasgadas, viejas y con manchas de sucio y que una pequeña alfombra estuviera manchada de grasa y sucia también. Y que al final de todo eso, solo recibiera una disculpa y ninguna compensación. Cuando fui a pedir cambio de la bata de baño y decir lo de la cucaracha ni disculpas recibí. No pedí cambio a otra habitación en planta alta porque el único acceso es una escalera de caracol súper incómoda, y como íbamos a una boda eso nos complicaría para bajar en tacones. El desayuno también fue decepcionante; demasiado básico y no estaba rico. Además no se podía cambiar el café por té o alguna otra infusión. Como último después de Lo único que sí me gustó fue que nos resguardaron las maletas y pudimos andar en el centro sin problema. Tanto antes como después del check in y check out respectivamente. También la cama, las almohadas y la ropa de cama estaban perfectas para el descanso. Y la ubicación es muy, muy buena.

La habitación que yo había requerido y pagado para mi estancia tenía que tener un sofá cama. En la que me acomodaron era bonita pero chica, sin aire acondicionado, sin el sofá cama que prometían en el website. Cuando pregunté en recepción me dijeron que esa habitación había sido ocupada con anterioridad. Me molesto porque no cumplen lo que prometen en el website.

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay which extended over a full seven days in late May. It a very nice small hotel (about 12 rooms) and is well-located, recently renovated and clean. The staff was excellent and the full breakfasts were tasty and satisfying. Our room was on the smaller side and upstairs at the back of the hotel. As there is no air-conditioning and limited air flow, we had a couple of nights where the room was uncomfortably hot. When the weather cooled, it was better though. We did have a chance to see other rooms during our stay and they were much more spacious and we’ll-appointed. I would recommend choosing a room with a window at the front of the hotel if possible if your stay is during the hot, humid season. As for the bed, my wife found it too firm, although I was fine with it. To summarize, we would happily stay here again but would upgrade to a larger room if possible.

Todo muy bien, salvo por una gotera que tuvimos en 2 de nuestras habitaciones, en medio de la madrugada. Hacía demasiado calor, y el ventilador de pie que había en las habitaciones no era suficiente para las 2 personas que ocupaban la habitación. Las toallas parecían un poco sucias, por lo que preferimos utilizar las nuestras. Fuera de ahí, todo muy bien.

Surprisingly awesome
Aside from the spiral staircase I had to navigate with a suitcase filled with equipment everything was awesome. The entire staff crossed over to other areas of responsibility so one is never told that's not my job. I couldn't believe such a good breakfast was free of charge! I can't wait to stay again during my next stop in Morelia.

Me gusto el servicio y amabilidad del persona. la habitación 101 con mucho ruido de la calle y olor a drenaje. pero cuando lo comente a la señorita de recepcionista, inmediatamente me ofreció otra habitación en la cual estuvimos muy cómodos. El desayuno es muy básico pero te atienden muy bien el personal de cocina. el estacionamiento esta muy bien, a solo 50 metros del hotel y solo pagas 50 pesos por día.

Under Construction
The hotel was closed and under construction so we were given rooms in their sister hotel across the street. Consequently the pictures didn't represent the room we were given. The staff were very helpful however, it appeared some of the rooms were being renovated and there was a constant smell of paint and plaster. Our room was microscopic and we had to move our suitcases around when we went from the bed to the bathroom. The good part was that we had a nice outside balcony. We were on the second floor with no elevator, however the staff carried our suitcases up the narrow circular staircase. The staff were helpful and the location was good.

Nearly There!
This hotel is still finishing up renovations. The roof terrace was not open yet. The room 's only window opened onto the centre courtyard and did not have security bars. Our room was very clean with good linens and a comfortable bed. However there was an odour of wet cement which meant you had to leave the windows open. The free breakfast was very good and service was excellent. The staff was very pleasant and helpful but only spoke Spanish.

Off beaten path and can't tell where it is really. No parking but has a parking garage you can stay for a dew and 1 block away. Hrs are not good either 7am to 11pm. Its a good value

This place operated like a by the hour assignation hotel. Expedia should NOT list it as an option. First room was basically a windowless walk-in closet, the second small room had a tiny window and appeared to be under construction, with pipes and wires dangling out of the walls. I retracted my check in and left within 30 minutes.

Bonito hotel con personal muy amable. Tiene una nueva sección un tanto fría y a la habitación le falta bastante limpieza, el baño es un tanto incómodo. Nos hospedamos solo una noche por lo que no hubo tiempo de comentarles nuestra inconformidad. Lo que salva la situación es el trato tan amable del gerente. Están en construcción, seguro mejorará.
