Spa room was very nice, towels changed daily. Owners very nice, and didnt mind being called AH's when I couldn't find my key. Would certainly recommend and definitely return again next time we visit the area.

Our room was very clean and bed was very comfy, with a modern bathroom. Good facilities, big common area with pool table, kitchen that was well appointed. Good sized swimming pool on-site. Motel was short drive away from local attractions.

We stayed for 5 nights. So we were close to the beach. The pool at the hotel was also great. So it’s the best of both worlds. Nice and clean and friendly staff very accommodating. Great access from the hotel to all we needed in rosebud, Rye and Tootgarook. Heaps of restaurants around to try.

Comfortable Stay
An old timer motel that has been very well refurbished. Although rooms were on the small side, they were nicely appointed and had all the necessary facilities.

Clean, tidy, and close to beach
Clean and tidy. Walking distance to the beach ( just over the road) and a few nice restaurants and shops. Owner was friendly and helpful, sharing their recommendations of the area.

Friendly staff
Very comfy place to stay, the guy who welcome us in the reception was very friendly and help us with what to do while staying there. Overall great stay.

Convenient location across the road from the beach, clean room, modern refurbishment, friendly staff, spacious spa and good shower. Great value for money! Would stay again.

Nice property with renovated rooms - doors need some improvement though. The common dining and play room is great for families to bond and spend quality time.

With a 10 second walk across the road to the foreshore, the comfortable simple friendly rooms will always keep me coming back. Motel staff are extremely hospitable and friendly, close to everything right in the middle of point nepean road, when you go out to explore any direction is beautiful. If you are just passing by then th beds are comfy the rooms quiet and you can drop your key in the box and keep going if you need to when you depart. Love it not a single complaint, ever. Will always come back

The room was neat and clean and it was nice and quiet considering the place is on a highway. Only thing I could suggest is glasses in the room and somehow fix the tight parking. We would stay again

Me and a work colleague, working in Melbourne planned last minute a two night stay. Great value, in a good location for travelling around the Peninsula. It’s a very clean and modern room with great hosts at the Motel, super friendly and benefits a fab family games room with pool table…. I won by the way ! 😂 I’d definitely return when I have the time …

The room was a good size and had a new comfortable bed. Although the room was at the main road end of the Motel, it was quiet, I was not disturbed by the traffic. If you travel during winter take a small 1,000 watt portable heater to assist the old skool aircon. You will definitely need it in the bathroom.
